Along with a queen sleeper sofa in the basement, it comfortably sleeps 8 people. The home also features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining area, additional dining around a large kitchen island, first floor sitting area, upstairs TV/Loft area, huge TV area in the basement plus plenty of parking. The home features radiant heat and a gas fireplace. Please note this home is not air conditioned but does have large ceiling fans to circulate air.
