Cliffside Condos is nestled in the lovely community of Fairfield Bay, AR. This condominium is a walk-in condominium with no stairs to climb to enter the unit. Cliffside Condos is close to all the amenities offered in the Fairfield Bay area. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CONDOMINIUM, ON THE BALCONY OR IN THE PARKING AREA. Each bedroom has its own TV, and one is located in the living area. We also offer a Pack 'n Play for your convenience. We have Roku so you can use your own streaming services. The living area accommodates six adults comfortably and the balcony offers seating for you to enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunsets. The laundry closet with a full-size washer/dryer is just off the master bedroom. The condo provides hair dryers, crock pot, coffee maker, microwave, and linens/towels. Fairfield Bay offers wonderful activities for all ages. There are two award winning golf courses, five large pools, (one within a short walk from the condo), pickle ball, and tennis courts.
