The Cottage at Cocoa Village is a very nice and quiet place to relax. The cottage is located in historic Cocoa Village where you have a wonderful selection of restaurants and shopping. There is also a unique selection of places for night time fun; all walking distance from the cottage. The beach is a 15 minute drive while the Indian River is walking distance with a public boat ramp for launching your boat or kayak. Your hosts live next door and are happy to help, or stay out of your way depending on your needs and wants.The spaceThis private 500 sq. ft. suite features a dedicated parking spot and private entrance. Inside the unit there is one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and full refridgerator/freezer, washer/ dryer, dedicated AC unit, ceiling fan, living room, and island with seating for two. There is high-speed wifi internet and a desk in the common space of the apartment. The entrance to your unit is on the back of the house so there is a short, well-lit walk from the driveway to your main entrance. The outdoor space is shared with your hosts. We are here if you need anything, but we will respect your privacy. This is perfect for a single person or a couple for a short getaway or long-term stay.Guest accessShared space on the property is the backyard patio which includes the BBQ grill, seating area, and fire pit.
