There are no paved roads, traffic lights or traffic jams on this island. A North Captiva traffic jam is three golf carts within 50 yards of each other. North Captiva is a barrier island with five miles of beautiful white sand beaches, no crowds, turtles, dolphins and manatees. The majority of the island is State Park which you can enjoy free of charge. This custom, spacious home, built in 2015, is one of the few on the island that has a private pool located on the living level. You won't have to walk downstairs to enjoy the pool or cook on the grill. Simply walk out any of the 3 sliding glass doors from the kitchen, master suite or bedroom. The house has beautiful new furnishings and has been professionally decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked, complete with modern stainless steel appliances and a blender for your frozen drinks.
