However, we still have the benefits of wide water views, the convenience of a space right by the house for letting loose w/the boat & having fun tubing/water skiing. The main lake is just 3-5 min away. It's the best of both worlds!There are 2 boat ramps less than a mile from the house, including a private gated community ramp free to our guests.
