Our lanai includes a pool, tv, eating area, relaxing area, a jacuzzi, a bbq grill, and even recliners! Completely fenced in for small pets. We are just a 17 minute drive from Siesta Key and 22 mins. to the airport!The space3 bedrooms all have ceiling fans, closets and dressers for clothing storage.Furniture has been changed from the furniture you see in the photos, we upgraded bed sizes, etc. Just have not had time for new photos yet, our apologies. If you want to cook a meal for family, then the fully equipped kitchen has everything you could want to make your life easier, including cutlery/crockery, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ice-maker, microwave, and of course the all-important coffee-maker for those early wake-ups! Plus, you can take care of any of your laundry needs in the utility room, which includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and a dedicated drying area. No traditional Florida villa would be complete without a swimming pool, and you can take advantage of ours whenever you fancy a lazy day or a quick dip. The private pool is seasonally heated during the cooler months and is 30ft long, meaning you’ll have plenty of space to splash around in. In addition, the area is fully screened, so pesky bugs and sunburn won’t be an issue, so you can soak up the sun care free. Once you step out you can enjoy a light lunch on the lanai – which benefits from a dining table and overhead fan – or cook up a storm with friends on the nearby grill.
