Grab your key fob to get in the buildings-Walk or drive to the luxurious pool, clubhouse, Traders, fish ponds, pickleball. The beautiful post & beam Clubhouse has kitchen, seating areas, 2 TV's, books, Ping Pong table, Cornhole, etc. The beautiful pool also has cabaña style shaded areas & tables to get out of the sun. You can even work on your tan relaxing on the lounge chairs IN the water staying cool while enjoying your cold beverage or book (no glass, please) while being part of your group. The luxurious pool/Traders & neighborhood is a kid friendly place. There is a grill poolside to cook lunch or dinner. There's a kayak launch dock at the pond as well. Feel free to fish community ponds. You can get a fishing license at any marina, Walmart or tackle shop. Traders also has a glass enclosed office area if you need to do a little work away from your group. Enjoy a cool drink or hot coffee by the beautiful fireplace, outdoor fire pit.
