'While I was just passing through on a working trip and only stayed overnight, I can see that this is a lovely place for families and friends to relax in nature. The cabin that I stayed in was immaculate and very comfortable!  While I didn’t get to avail myself of any of the amenities, I know I would very much have appreciated them had I been able to stay longer - the laundry cabin, the pool, tether ball and large shaded sandbox, hammock in the shade next to the river, and fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.  There doesn’t seem to be a lot going on in the area, but this is such a nice spot to just kick back and relax and get away.'

After your daily adventures, sit a chair in the crystal clear river in the back yard to relax at your home base. Table chairs and fire pit at the river. Grocery, restaurants, Ice Cream Stands and Crystal Lake within 1/2 mile, all in a fully walking quaint VT town. Lake Willoughby beach and it's hiking trails 7 miles. Barton Fairgrounds end of the street for Fair fun and regular horse pulls. Located between Jay Peak and Burke Mtn for winter fun/skiing. Orleans & Barton Golf within 10 minutes.
