Watch beautiful sunsets from your spacious 20×40 deck with luxurious resort style furniture. Enjoy the private beach area and pier, two Kayaks and a paddleboat. You'll have outstanding fishing and swimming. Walking distance to town and the best restaurants and bars, live music and concerts in the park. Winter months offer the best ice fishing around, snowmobiling, and Wilmot/Vail ski resort only 15 min drive. 4500 sq ft.This home lacks for nothing. Six + seat lower level bar, (former bar from the world famous Cubby Bear in Chicago), full size Brunswick pool table, 50 inch TV, full size fridge, dishwasher, full bathroom and plenty of seating and gathering room.The main floor boasts a wide open floor plan with a 55 inch TV, stone gas fireplace, plenty of seating, dining room that seats 8, large granite kitchen counters, and a wetbar.
