There are Hardwood floors/tile throughout, with area rugs. I offer a Keurig, but provide reusable filters & coffee, not pods, to reduce some plastic waste. There is a fully fenced back yard for your baby to enjoy, just please scoop up the waste and dispose of it in the exterior waste can provided-Poop Scoop provided too. There is also a lead/collar provided , just in case. Forgot the dog bowls? That's ok, it happens, they're under the kitchen sink. If you leave your fur baby in the home alone, while you are out, they must be crated. Less than one mile to beautiful downtown Aiken, this cozy, private 1945 home is close to everything. Including Highland Fields Event Center. With its own unique private backyard including a putting green, firepit, cornhole and Yard Yahtzee to make your experience fun.The private backyard is spacious with updated landscaping and several places to sit and enjoy the day. There is a pergola off the back of the house and a screened in porch off the side.Do you like golf? Try out the putting green that has 5 holes, putters, golf balls and light up golf balls so you can play at night. Or try your hand at disc golf.Enjoy shopping and restaurants downtown including Amp the Alley on Thursday nights at 6:30 pm starting March 31st going through October.When you walk into the right is bedroom one with an en-suite bathroom that includes a full tiled shower.
