'전반적으로 마음에 들었습니다. 객실에는 슬리퍼와 목욕 가운을 제외하고 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있습니다. 좀 추워서 에어컨을 켜서 난방을 했어요. 아침 식사는 괜찮습니다. 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 경기장 근처에 위치해 있으며 도보로 약 15분, 역에서는 10분 거리입니다. 전반적으로 추천하지만 별 4개가 아닌 별 3개가 필요합니다.'

'노보 로시 베로나에 묵었는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다! 호텔은 기차역에서 걸어서 몇 분 거리에 있고 시내 중심가에서도 멀지 않아 위치가 매우 편리합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 아늑하며 조용했고, 침대도 매우 편안했으며, 쾌적한 숙박에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원들에게 특히 감사드립니다. 항상 기꺼이 도움을 주시고 유용한 현지 여행 팁도 알려주셨습니다. 아침 식사는 맛있고 다양했으며, 신선한 페이스트리, 과일, 훌륭한 커피가 제공되었습니다. 근처에 주차장이 있어 차로 여행하는 경우 매우 편리합니다. 전반적으로 가격, 편안함, 서비스의 완벽한 조화를 이룬 곳입니다. 베로나를 방문하는 모든 분께 강력 추천합니다!'

'베로나에서 가성비 호텔 검색에서 추천으로 숙박했습니다. 클래식한 느낌에 조용하며 하천이 호텔 옆으로 흐릅니다. 나무랄것은 없었고 베로나 역에서 도보 10분정도 걸어야해서 멀진 않으나 살짝 외곽에 있는 느낌입니다. 그래서 주변의 큰 마트도 안보이고 사람이 많이 다니는 느낌의 길이 아니에요. 시설은 좋습니다.'

'호텔은 중심부에서 도보로 약 5~10분 거리에 있는 가장 저렴한 가격입니다. 소유자 Luigi가 사전에 지침을 보냈으므로 문제가 발생하지 않았습니다. PIN 코드를 사용하여 들어 갔는데 안에 열쇠가 들어있는 봉투가 기다리고있었습니다. 훌륭한 Wi-Fi.'

'정말 잊지 못할 숙박 경험이었어요! 도착하는 순간부터 5성급 호텔에 걸맞은 따뜻한 환대를 받았습니다. 직원분들은 정말 친절하고 세심하게 배려해주셨고, 언제나 도움을 주려고 애썼어요. 저녁과 아침 식사 모두 훌륭했고, 종류도 다양하고 신선했으며, 보기에도 아름다웠습니다. 모든 직원분들께 진심으로 감사드리고, 특히 제 전기차 충전을 도와주신 직원분께 깊은 감사를 전하고 싶어요. 충전소가 제 차와 연결되지 않았을 때 직접 충전을 해주셨거든요! 그런 세심한 배려는 정말 잊을 수 없어요. 호텔은 조용하고 우아하며 세련된 분위기를 자랑하고, 시르미오네의 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 한마디로 호숫가에 있는 진정한 보석 같은 곳으로, 마치 집에 있는 것처럼 편안함을 느낄 수 있었어요. ❤️'

'I was skeptical reading previous reviews but decided to give it a try for one night during my business trip as I’m an IHG member. Having experienced staying at 5 different hotels in this city — most of them within walking distance on Corso Porta Nuova (main street leading from the train station to many main attractions) — I can say that Indigo was among one of my top 2 choices. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated — the headboard of the bed immediately attracted attention, striking but elegant, with paintings seemingly telling romantic tales of the city’s history; open wardrobe was clever as it made the room seem spacious while leaving plenty of space for hanging clothes and jackets especially on a rainy day. The balcony was a super nice touch and was my favorite to come back to in the evening with a view of charming Verona at night watching people and cars passing by. Two chairs, a coffee table with blankets and a little bit of floral decorations. I spent a fair bit of time despite the cold and rain, soaking in the beautiful images which were among the most special memories I’d carry with me from this trip. Check-in was super efficient. Anna at the reception was an absolute joy to meet and interact with. She’s super kind, thoughtful and professional in helping me with storing my suitcase as I was in a rush to catch my train to a nearby city on a rainy day; she gave clear, accurate info helping me to go to the train station within 10mins; and on the next day, kindly offered recommendations for cafes. Her passion and enthusiasm and friendliness is above and beyond many of her peers. Her genuine smile stands out from others who might be just trying to get their job done. You can tell Anna is truly exceptional and a wonderful ambassador for Hotel Indigo. Keep up the good work! Breakfast service was super efficient, friendly, attentive. The professional and thoughtful gentleman offered multiple times coffee, tea, orange juice, etc, making sure each guest had everything needed for a good start of the day, quickly clearing dishes while guests stepped away - perfectly seamless. Truly outstanding attention to details. The restaurant offered a good variety of food choices: raw veggies are rare in hotel breakfast buffet but here they did so that was a plus in my book. Fresh fruits, muesli, (no sugar-added) yogurt and scrambled eggs were my go-to. Although I didn’t eat pastries or bread or drink Prosecco for breakfast, if that’s something you like then you’d be pleased to know they offered plenty to satisfy different tastes. The only thing that prevented Indigo from making my No. 1 choice in Verona was the shower. I requested specifically for a shower because from the photos shared by other travelers and reviews many commented that the bath look dated and needed update. I personally do not take baths in hotels so having a new, good water pressure shower with fast efficient drain would be way more important. They did honor my request with a standup shower corner stall. However, the square-shaped shower stall area was so small that my elbows (I’m petite size female) kept knocking on the glass doors. I believe they’re scheduled for major renovation in Jan-Feb 2024 so it’d be interesting to see if they remodel the bathrooms and showers.'

'Avevo prenotato la solita camera matrimoniale al primo piano, ma quando sono arrivato in camera mi sono trovato i letti separati. Quindi sono ritornato in reception e mi hanno messo su una camera al 5 piano non all’altezza delle camere dei piani inferiori.'
