서비스는 좋았습니다. 청결도도 좋았습니다. 공항과 가까워서 위치는 좋았지만, 번잡한 고속도로와 도로변에 있어서 썩 좋지는 않았습니다. 스프링 매트리스는 오래되고 불편하게 느껴지기 때문에 고급 메모리폼 매트리스로 교체해야 할 것 같습니다. 객실 온도 조절이 쉽지 않았고 창문이 잠겨서 다시 열 수가 없었습니다. 두 번째 방문인데 편의성은 확실히 있는 것 같습니다. 공항 셔틀버스는 환상적이고 전문적인 서비스였습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박이었습니다.

호텔은 정말 깨끗했고 침구에서 상쾌한 향이 났습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 상냥했으며, 특히 아침에 커피를 준비해주시던 여성분은 정말 따뜻하고 유쾌한 분이셨습니다. 저희는 수하물 보관 서비스 때문에 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 오후 3시까지 짐을 보관해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 그 외에도 모든 면에서 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 크루아상과 커피가 나오는 아침 식사는 매우 맛있었습니다. 셔틀 서비스도 훌륭했습니다. 해변 산책을 하며 현지 동네를 둘러볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. GePaGi Fish Bistró Fiumicino와 Il Ghiottone 레스토랑에서 저녁 식사를 했는데, 매우 만족했습니다.

로마 피우미치노 공항 쉐라톤에서의 숙박은 정말 완벽했습니다! 터미널에서 도보로 단 5분 거리에 있어 늦은 비행기나 환승객에게는 더할 나위 없이 편리합니다. 호텔 시설도 좋고 객실은 편안했으며, 서비스는 전문적이고 친절했습니다. 위생 상태도 흠잡을 데 없었고요. 방음, 침구류, 식사까지 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다. 편리함과 퀄리티를 모두 추구하는 여행객들에게 강력 추천하며, 만점 드립니다!

나는 멋진 숙박을했고이 장소를 강력히 추천합니다. 위치는 피우미치노 공항에서 불과 7km 떨어져 있어 비행 전후에 완벽한 선택이 될 수 있습니다. 호스트는 믿을 수 없을만큼 친절하고 환영하며 진정으로 돌보고 있습니다. 그들은 내가 도착한 순간부터 나를 집처럼 느끼게 했고 항상 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 방은 완벽하게 깨끗한 수건과 신선한 침대 린넨으로 흠이 없었습니다. 모든 것이 매우 잘 관리되어 있었고 에어컨이 완벽하게 작동하여 방을 매우 편안하게 만들었습니다. 훌륭한 호스트와 함께 공항 근처에 머물기에 깨끗하고 평화롭고 편리한 장소를 찾고 있다면 이것은 탁월한 선택입니다. 나는 확실히 다시 여기에 머물 것입니다. 따뜻한 환대에 감사드립니다!

The receptionist is very polite and talented . She care about all the Clients and she is very prepared around the area . Not even at Westin excelsior you receive. Attentions and consideration as from the evening shift receptionist . Hope you treasure her as much as we are pleased with her services . Room is tidy all functions and there is a very good restaurant Calle i conti near by . Good experience

Hi, don’t give me wrong, it’s not a bad hotel! Low score is not towards the hotel but to the FCO. I got a late arrival flight, and were mind set for a rip off taxi. Yet, I was in lieu but all of sudden told that I need to go to the other side to take a taxi, by the ground transportation control personnel. Yap, I obeyed and went there, and took a taxi. There we go! The start of the scam. 85 euro, I took that, no problem, since it was 1:00 AM, and I do respect people work that shift. I can see the scanner to charge on CC, but I was told I have to pay cash, which is also ok. I am not ready for that much cash, and we went to an ATM, and it didn’t work ofc since it’s an international transaction. So, I was asked for $150 for the total. Wait a minute, $150 = €85? I am at least an elementary graduate man, and I do know the math. After all the mouthwatering drying process, I was off the hook, by telling I don’t mind to be offloaded and got police attended. Finally, I checked in the hotel 2:00 AM or so and by then I started the good time. Nice front desk, and more than expected room space. The location is not really good, but the scenery is perfect. The breakfast is a good start, and once I decided I will go to Rome by public transportation, I do find the option. That’s the story: no complain to the hotel, but not feeling so well with FCO. Overall, do money change as more than you thought before you are in Rome.

Everything was wonderful, clean, service, etc. Next time I would stay for more than 1 night. Less than 5 km from Fiumicino airport. Only public transport is not convenient. That's why the hotel provides a transfer to the airport. The more people you have, the more profitable it is. Unfortunately, we could not contact them to provide us with one upon arrival. You can catch a bus for 1 euro from Terminal 3 to the center of Fiumicino and from there it is close if you are without luggage, if you have a lot of luggage you can see far away :) The sunrise was beautiful.

La ubicación excelente, la limpieza no fue impecable Pero bien, había restos de comida en abajo de la mesa. Lo limpiamos y lo demás bien. Lo que menos nos gusto fue el olor a cigarrillo en todas las almohadas. Nosotros somos no fumadores y tenemos dos niños pequeños. Y el olor era fuerte en las camas. Tuvimos un inconveniente con el código erroneo del departamento Pero lo solucionaron y fueron muy amables. El departamento es cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. El desayuno riquísimo!

Good location but traffic and parking is crazy. The bathroom was very small and outdated but working fine. The staff was helpful.
