'I liked the room. I was surprised I was not made aware in advance that I had to pay £40 upon my arrival deposit even though I had paid the whole amount already despite the fact it's refundable, they should have made it clear what if i had no more money on me. The room was clean, but the second night, the toilet produced a very bad odour, and I felt dust since I started coughing when I was in the room. However, It's a lovely hotel i would stay there again. Hope they take the toilet issue seriously and will rectify it. I checked for my £40 to see if it had been restored, and It was saying pending, my £40 hasn't been paid back.'
