Hawkern Cottage is situated on the outskirts of the charming, picture postcard village of Otterton, which is between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton. The property enjoys uninterrupted countryside views and is a haven for anyone who enjoys walking. It is only a 10 minute walk to the South West Coast Path where you can explore the numerous coastal and countryside walks. There are also plenty of beaches to nearby and Exeter City Centre is only a 30 minute drive.The cottage comprises of one double bedroom, one twin bedded room, a bathroom, small utility and an open plan kitchen,dining area and sitting room. There are patio doors from the sitting area which open onto a terrace and garden.The village of Otterton has its own Working Mill which has a restaurant, craft shop and fresh bakery in addition to the local village pub.Facilities in the Area: Otterton is close by to Woodbury Golf and Country Club which is open to non-members and Exmouth boasts an Indoor Tennis centre which has 6 courts.
