Set in its own private space within the grounds of Ebbingford Manor, Bude's oldest house. This 2 bedroom wooden chalet is perfect for a coastal getaway regardless of the season. Being only 5 minutes walk away from Bude's main beach and with it's own outdoor hot shower and Charcoal BBQ, it suits not only family holidays but surfers' trips away to great surf breaks. Equally being so close to the town centre; literally a stone's throw away from a local pub & restaurants and the coastal footpath right on your doorstep for those keen walkers, this chalet with underfloor heating and a woodburner, is perfect for a cosy winter getaway too. Not forgetting of course being dog-friendly, Summerleaze beach allows dogs all year round.The chalet has a spacious open plan living area with large windows and glass patio doors to allow maximum light in from its south facing outside area, with smart TV & WiFi. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge freezer and gas hob and oven, kettle & toaster and is well equipted. Alongside the kitchen is a dining table to seat 4 comfortably. Atlantic Retreat is a cosy bungalow sleeping 4 max set back on a quiet road, within easy walking distance of the beaches and town of Bude.It is a 5 minute stroll from Crooklets beach, Summerleaze beach and the Seapool.There are 2 sizable gardens to the front (inc. sun deck) and rear, all fully enclosed and child and dog friendly. The cottage has been recently renovated and restored to a very high standard. There are two double bedrooms and a single room which easily accommodate 5 people. The beds can be configured to sleep a couple and three children or two couples and a single. A cot can also be provided. The place is excellently equipped including TV, Wi-Fi, Sound System, Log Burner and Heating System which includes underfloor heating downstairs. The kitchen has been refitted with the highest quality appliances including, oven, induction hob, microwave, nespresso machine, toaster and kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bi-fold doors open out onto a slate terrace overlooking the garden. There is also an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, slate worktops and sink. Newly built and very well appointed apartment with private terrace overlooking Bude canal. Kitchen includes oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washer/dryer and any utensil you may need for self-catering. The two bedrooms will have linens ready for you, bedroom 1 contains a king-size bed, bedroom 2 contains a superking-size bed which can be separated into two single beds on request. The main bathroom comprises a bath with shower over, the en-suite attached to bedroom 2 contains a walk in shower. Towels and toilet roll provided. Bude is the perfect location for both families and friend groups. Summerleaze beach is just a few minutes walk away, and the town centre is also easily accessible on foot.
