You have two private terraces, both with sunblinds. 50 metres away from our house you will find the community pool. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom 'rojo' has a large bed (160 x 200 cm) with very good mattresses, air-condition and a large wardrobe. The bedroom 'naranja' has a double-bed (160 x 200 cm) even with a very good mattress, a overhead fan, a safe box and a large wardrobe. Our house is situated in a quiet location, inbetween two famous touristic centers: Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema etc. are totally reachable. The beautiful sandy beach with loungers and parasols to hire is approx 5 km away. The distance to the ocean is about 5 km.

Well-kept private holiday home in Chayofa - Tenerife's sunny south Our house has a living space of 70 square meters on two floors. The house is located in a quiet residential area, where mainly locals and residents live. In Chayofa you will find what you want for a vacation in the south: Over 300 days of sunshine a year, around 350 rain-free days and a mild, low-irritating climate that lives up to the name of Tenerife as the island of eternal spring. Our well-kept holiday home in the sunny south of Tenerife is furnished to a high level, so that you will not miss anything. On the ground floor you will find the bright, spacious living room in Mediterranean style with dining area, the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a storage room with washing machine. You have easy access to the two from the ground floor private sun terraces. On the front terrace you can have breakfast in the sunshine. Sunbathe on the terrace behind the house until late afternoon. Of course there is an awning for sun protection both on the front terrace and on the rear terrace. Of course you can also use the large community pool and baby pool, which are only 50 meters from the house. On the top floor of Casa Dos Angeles you will find the two light-flooded bedrooms (of course with folding shutters and blackout blinds for darkening) as well as the well-equipped bathroom. The two bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes. In the larger room ("rojo") there is air conditioning, in the smaller room ('mandarin') there is a ceiling fan and a safe.
