Hotel location in the nature is really positive. Room and bathroom very clean and treated. The best of the best was wellness center: such nice and clean wellness center I have not see long tine. Really great hotel to visit

아침 식사와 저녁 식사가 풍부하고 환경이 아름답습니다. 호텔로가는 길의 환경이 특히 아름답습니다. 도로 표지판의 시냇물에 안개가 자욱하여 마치 동화의 나라에 들어가는 것 같습니다. 인근 산도 아름답습니다.

최근 여가 여행으로 이곳에 묵었는데, 전반적으로 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다. 체크인 절차가 빠르고 간편했고, 직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움을 많이 주어 처음부터 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 특히 코너룸이 마음에 들었습니다! 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 편안했고, 아늑한 침대 덕분에 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 객실에서 막시밀리안슈트라세의 아름다운 도시 전망도 볼 수 있어 숙박의 매력을 더했습니다. 호텔의 위치는 기차역과 공항 버스 정류장에서 가까워서 여행자들에게 매우 편리했습니다. 도보 거리에 다양한 레스토랑과 관광 명소도 많았습니다. Wi-Fi와 난방도 잘 작동했습니다. 숙박 중 유일한 단점은 엘리베이터가 고장 나서 계단을 이용해야 했는데, 짐을 들고 이동하기에는 조금 불편했습니다. 이런 사소한 문제만 빼면 전반적으로 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 아늑한 로비와 훌륭한 서비스 덕분에 숙박이 더욱 즐거웠습니다. 가격 대비 정말 만족스러웠고, 다음에도 꼭 다시 묵고 싶어요. 강력 추천합니다! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We visited Hotel Bayerischer Hof for a Valentine's Day Getaway 14-15 Feb. My wife received a lovely long stem rose upon arrival, and we were double-upgraded to a fourth-floor suite with a Lakeview. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The servers in the Cafe, Restaurant and Breakfast Room were prompt and efficient, the food was excellent and the Breakfast Buffet large and generous! I can recommend this Hotel for couples, Families, or Business Travellers. I have taught at a Hospitality School in Zurich for over 15 years, and am a professional business traveller with thousands of overnight stays and 10s of thousands of dining out experiences! 

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

Es war alles sehr gut, vor allem das Frühstück. Der Teppichboden war stark verfleckt, auch auf den Sitzmöbel waren Flecken. Der Rest der Wohnung war sehr saubrr. Dad Petsonal war sehr freundlicj und zuvorkommend. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten.

노이슈반슈타인 성을 방문한 후에는 퓌센이라는 아름다운 작은 마을에 들러보는 것도 좋습니다. 호텔 방 창문에서 보이는 풍경이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 주차는 무료입니다. 프런트 데스크에서 카드를 받으시면 무제한으로 출입하실 수 있습니다. 아래층에는 레스토랑과 작은 슈퍼마켓이 있어 매우 편리합니다. 투어 그룹들이 그곳에 묵는 것을 봤습니다. 아침 식사는 조금 붐볐습니다.

호텔은 조용한 마을에 위치해 있으며, 객실에서 알프스 산맥이 내려다보입니다. 도착 당일에는 비가 내렸지만, 또 다른 로맨틱한 분위기를 자아냈습니다. 객실이나 레스토랑 등 호텔 내부는 중세 시대 분위기를 그대로 간직하고 있습니다. 게다가 웨이트리스들의 바이에른풍 의상은 너무나 아름다워 마치 과거로 시간 여행을 온 듯한 기분을 선사합니다. 주차장은 호텔 바로 앞에 있으며 무료입니다. 노이슈반슈타인 성까지도 차로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다.

Ich war begeistert von unserem Königszimmer. Das passte zu unserer Perlenhochzeitsreise. Ich kam mir vor wie eine Königin. Super toll geschlafen.

그는 호텔 자체는 처음에는 멋져 보였지만 전반적인 경험은 솔직히 실망 스러웠습니다. 직원 간의 의사 소통은 특히 수하물 보관 및 체크인 정보와 관련하여 매우 열악했습니다. 아무도 우리가 어디로 가야하는지 명확하게 설명하지 않았기 때문에 친구와 나는 스스로 올바른 건물을 찾으려고 노력하면서 빗속에서 무거운 여행 가방을 끌고 돌아다녔습니다. 긴 여행 후 매우 불편하고 지쳤습니다. 방은 수용 가능했지만 서비스는 환영하거나 전문적이지 않았습니다. 혼란과 손님에게 불필요한 스트레스를 피하기 위해 일부 기본 정보는 처음부터 적절하게 설명되어야했습니다. 위치는 일부 여행자에게 편리 할 수 있지만 조직이 좋지 않고 직원의 지원이 부족하기 때문에 다시 여기에 머 무르지 않을 것입니다.
