We arrived at a small village villa in Chengdu, unsure of what to expect, and left with hearts overflowing with warmth and gratitude. In a place where no one even knew our religion, we were welcomed like family. Every greeting, every smile, every gesture radiated genuine kindness — something you rarely find in modern hotels. Jojo was the heart of that experience. She stayed with us for dinner, thoughtfully asking about our dietary needs as Muslims and ensuring every meal was prepared with care and respect. Her presence went beyond service; it was her way of making us feel truly seen, valued, and at home. Equally unforgettable was the aunty who served us with unwavering dedication and warmth. Every meal she prepared, every little detail she attended to, showed a sincerity that made us feel like part of the family. They are undeniably an asset to the homestay, and their kindness added a layer of comfort and joy that we will never forget. This homestay is spacious and ideal for Muslim travelers as well as families, offering a rare combination of comfort and authentic local hospitality. It is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, but if you are seeking calmness and the genuine charm of Chengdu, this is the perfect place to stay. True hospitality isn’t about polished professionalism or fancy amenities — it’s about heart, authenticity, and human connection. The generosity, thoughtfulness, and warmth we experienced here are rare treasures, and the memories of this stay will remain with us forever.

The owner is very kind and helpful. They showed us where to get eggs and rice so we wouldn’t get hungry during our stay 😊 They also sell Maggi curry, which is a Malaysian favourite instant noodle—such a nice touch! The owner allowed us to do an early check-in when the room became available around 10:30 a.m. since we arrived early. They also helped arrange transportation to Xiling Snow Mountain, and the price was very reasonable. I didn’t take any photos of the room, but it was nice, warm during the cold weather, and very comfortable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely repeat this place if we come to Xiling Snow Mountain again. These photos were taken around the area very near to the guesthouse. so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

청두에서 여기로 왔는데, 온라인에서 이 호텔을 보았어요. 집은 매우 깨끗하고, 호텔은 매우 잘 꾸며져 있고, 주인은 매우 좋은 사람입니다. 문 밖으로는 강물이 흐르고 있지만, 방 안은 매우 조용합니다. 베개가 매우 부드럽고 편안해서 잠들기에 좋습니다. 우리는 다음 날 하이킹을 했는데, 풍경이 정말 멋졌어요.

객실의 에어컨이 작동하지 않았습니다. 냉방을 켰는데 복도만큼 방이 시원하지 않았어요. 환기를 위해 발코니 문과 메인 문을 열어야 했습니다. 아침 국수집의 서비스도 좋지 않습니다. 처음에 붉은 국물이나 흰 국물에 대해 언급하지 않았는데도 요리사가 잔소리를 하더라. 저는 당신의 강의를 듣기 위해 여기에 온 건가요? 로비 입구에 서비스가 제공되지 않았습니다. 많은 사람들이 모여서 문을 막았습니다. 아무도 도와주지 않았어요. 비가 내리고 짐은 남겨져 있었습니다. 어떤 웨이터도 주도적으로 도와주지 않았습니다. 수영장에 사람이 별로 없어서 좋았지만, 스타월드 호텔 수영장에는 인명구조원이 있어야 할 것 같아요(필요는 없지만요)… 전체적으로 볼 때, 가격대비 가치가 없다고 생각하거나, 국경일 연휴 기간 동안에는 추가 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다. . .

버스 정류장 첫 번째 검문소와 매우 가깝습니다. 오전 11시에 도착한 접수 원은 오후 230시경에 체크인하기 위해 기다리는 동안 카운터에 가방을 맡기도록 허용합니다. 화장실은 베이스캠프에서 나와 다른 구역으로 내려가 화장실에 가야 하기 때문에 멀고 조금 번거롭습니다. 그러나 화장실은 깨끗합니다. 비데처럼 행동할 수 있는 샤워 헤드도 있습니다. 밤에는 너무 추웠고(-5°C) 따뜻하게 유지하려면 담요 아래에 있어야 합니다. 바닥에 히터가 없고 침대용 히터와 작은 히터 상자만 있습니다. 전반적으로 너무 예뻐서 경치를 즐깁니다.

The camp was very clean and beautiful. Out of all places I've stayed during my trip to Chengdu & Xiling, their camp is the best. Up till today (we've checked out their camp for about 1 week+ now) we still talked about our experience there. It is very memorable. Their staff are also very helpful. We couldn't find the camp at first and they sent staff to guide us. My mom left her charger at the camp and they willingly sent it to our next hotel. Their hospitality is the best! At first, we were shocked that we have to hike(10-20mins) to get to the camp. We were shocked because we were tired since we have been traveling for the past 2 days and haven't rested properly. But when we reached there, it was all worth it! This camp was basically what we need to recharge ourselves.

아주 좋은 호텔. 산 아래에서 케이블을 가져 가야합니다 (자신 지불). 호텔로 운송되는 수하물 CNY10 각 수하물의 또 다른 지불. 서비스가 빠릅니다. 체크인 경험도 빠릅니다. 방에 엑스트라 베드를 요청했는데 하루에 한 번만 할 수 있으므로 이용 가능 여부를 확인해야 한다고 알려졌습니다. 확인 후, 그들은 할 수 있다고 언급합니다. 우리가 저녁 식사에서 돌아온 후 우리 방에있는 곳이었습니다. 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 욕실 바닥도 난방이 됩니다. 우리 방은 오버 헤드 프로젝터를 사용하여 TV 프로그램을보고 있습니다. 인터넷이 정말 안정적이지 않아 TV 프로젝터가 때때로 매달려 있습니다. 호텔을 체크아웃하기 하루 전에 프로젝터를 끌 수 없으므로(그날은 숙면을 취하지 않음) 함께 잠을 잘 수 밖에 없습니다. 그러나 귀하의 요청에 대한 서비스는 좋습니다. So in love with this hotel. The best hotel, near to the play area & cable station. Thanks to the staff for let me check in earlier, so that i can take a good rest first. The room also clean & comfortable for 4persons. Just the floor heater not too hot. I recommend you to stay here. On 4/1, i got for only MYR640.
