Within the complex there is a communal in-ground swimming pool, a lift for easy access or stairs, to this top 2nd floor apartment, with secure undercover parking on the ground floor.Oceanview 6 at Nambucca Heads has its own rooftop terrace with own spa.It is a luxury one bedroom apartment that is light, airy and spacious with open plan living.There are wonderful views through the tree canopy making this apartment very private, to the river and ocean beyond.The best view is from the ROOF TOP TERRACE where you can:-EXPERIENCE a beautiful sunrise with your morning coffeeRELAX and unwind in the SPA ENJOY the terrace's open sunny aspect on the sun lounges WATCH the sun setting over the river behind youDINE Alfresco or SIT OUT UNDER THE STARS...There is also another undercover balcony with morning sun and shade throughout the day for relaxing, having a BBQ or catching the north easterly breezes.The apartment has large screened doors and windows to let in the natural light and sea breezes, with air-conditioning in the lounge and bedroom. A big Woolworths within walking distance.The Tourist information centre is just along the river as you come in from the South. The main coastal highway runs close by but far enough away for a relaxed and quiet stay.There is a train station or buses that stop in Nambucca from Sydney or Brisbane.The closest airports are at Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour about 3/4 of an hour away.So...
