'Oceanview' apartments is a well appointed, quirky, modern block of only 6 apartments, overlooking the beautiful river at Nambucca Heads, on the Mid Nth Coast of NSW, halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Within the complex there is a communal in-ground swimming pool, a lift for easy access or stairs, to this top 2nd floor apartment, with secure undercover parking on the ground floor.Oceanview 6 at Nambucca Heads has its own rooftop terrace with own spa.It is a luxury one bedroom apartment that is light, airy and spacious with open plan living.There are wonderful views through the tree canopy making this apartment very private, to the river and ocean beyond.The best view is from the ROOF TOP TERRACE where you can:-EXPERIENCE a beautiful sunrise with your morning coffeeRELAX and unwind in the SPA ENJOY the terrace's open sunny aspect on the sun lounges WATCH the sun setting over the river behind youDINE Alfresco or SIT OUT UNDER THE STARS...There is also another undercover balcony with morning sun and shade throughout the day for relaxing, having a BBQ or catching the north easterly breezes.The apartment has large screened doors and windows to let in the natural light and sea breezes, with air-conditioning in the lounge and bedroom. DISCOVER the many beautiful ocean or river beaches some patrolled or a little more remote. VISIT the great lookout points to take in the vast natural surrounds. GET OUT ON THE RIVER good for boating, fishing, swimming and water sports. WALK along:- the famous V wall to look at all the 'arty' graffiti that decorates the rock sea wall, explore unspoilt beaches or wander along the boardwalks that line the river bank.PLAY a game of GOLF on the very relaxed Island Golf course close by.RELAX or PICNIC in the many parkland reserves with BBQ facilities.There are two main shopping areas one with a cinema. A big Woolworths within walking distance.The Tourist information centre is just along the river as you come in from the South. The main coastal highway runs close by but far enough away for a relaxed and quiet stay.There is a train station or buses that stop in Nambucca from Sydney or Brisbane.The closest airports are at Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour about 3/4 of an hour away.So... Simple luxuries in this two bedroom mid-century modern feel beach house. Originally designed and built by an architect as his holiday home, the open-plan, hardwood floored double block home has deep eaves and the perfect aspect to catch the breeze and sounds of the ocean waves. The kitchen with breakfast bar flows into the dining and living area, which opens right up onto the large private deck.The lounge easily seats six, as does the indoor dining table, with space for eight on the table outside on the deck. There's two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and lovely green views, and another with two single beds, one which trundles away to give more floor space. We are surrounded by reserve & trees generally, with the green setting comes some Australian wildlife. Wifi included but it's much nicer to watch the kookaburras and listen to the beach instead of YouTube!A BBQ & firepit complete the relaxed beach holiday feel.
