샤르자 무료 와이파이 호텔 예약

긴 여행 후 샤르자로 하룻밤을 보냈습니다. 공항 근처에 있어서 이 호텔을 선택했는데, 다른 곳은 절대 가지 않겠다고 결심했습니다. 공항에서 걸어서 15분 정도 걸렸습니다(가방 다섯 개와 아이 한 명을 데리고). 12월 초, 특히 날씨가 좋으면 아침에는 걸어가기 편하지만, 햇볕 아래서 걷는 건 좀 위험할 수 있습니다. 호텔은 정말 좋았습니다. 오전 9시 30분에 체크인했는데!!! 저희에게는 최고의 선물이었습니다! 아침 식사는 선불로 결제했고, 점심과 저녁 식사는 현장에서 결제했습니다. 목요일에 묵었는데 생선 요리로 저녁 식사를 했는데 정말 맛있었습니다! 호텔 내에 작은 매점도 있고, 괜찮은 헬스장도 있고, 깨끗하고 넓은 수영장도 있습니다. 비행기 탑승 전 환승에 완벽한 호텔입니다. 또한, 매주 금요일마다 샤르자 해변까지 무료 셔틀을 운행합니다(오전 11시 출발, 오후 3시 30분 복귀). 매우 만족스러웠고 강력 추천합니다!

Everything very good inside home an outside very clean nice staff and good prices also very good restaurant was nearly,also very perfect swimming’s pools,we enjoy one night in this hotel village

이 호텔은 동화영화에 나오는 모래성과 같습니다. 우리는 바다 옆에 매우 아름다운 전망을 갖춘 매우 멋진 스위트룸을 가지고 있었습니다. 우리 방은 1층에 있었고 수영장과 조금 가까웠기 때문에 보완적인 업그레이드를 받았습니다. 그곳에서 일하는 사람들은 모두 정말 훌륭하고, Monica, Nemma, Allam, 그리고 예약 관리자인 Ahmad는 다정하고 도움이 되었습니다. 그들은 우리가 안전한지 확인하기 위해 비가 오는 동안 우리를 최고의 이그제큐티브 스위트로 업그레이드했습니다. 음식은 훌륭했고 모든 서비스 직원은 매우 전문적이고 신속하게 수용할 수 있었습니다. 우리는 여기서 짧은 휴가를 보내게 되어 매우 기쁩니다. 모두 다시 만나기를 고대하고 있습니다. 쉐라톤 샤르자를 적극 추천하며 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

Hotel is in great location. Suite was clean and had kitchen. They didn’t tell us that the TV facing the bed was not working (we were told this issue exists in all rooms and will be fixed in coming days) wish they had been transparent about this prior to check in. Sauna had to ask the staff to turn it on. Lockers in the pool / spa area did not work, staff asked me to just leave my things in the locker unlocked or leave my things in front of the sauna. Life guard takes his rules very serious but I know it’s for safety of guests. kids should not jump from pool. Overall good hotel.

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

위치가 매우 편리하고, 쇼핑을 할 수 있는 쇼핑몰이 바로 옆에 있고, 센트럴 소울과 매우 가까워서 도보로 불과 10분 거리에 있습니다. 호텔에는 수영장, 자쿠지, 피트니스 룸을 포함한 완벽한 시설이 있습니다. 조식도 맛있고 다양합니다. 다음에 여행을 갈 때도 이 호텔을 떠올릴 것입니다.  

Bad experience with checking in after sharing booking number on phone which took time & was showing concern for privacy on it but Mr. Rude shocked me with bad behavior saying I will not take the phone i was wondering why it took time even though name booking enough instead of asure concerns Mr. Rude instantly showing disrespect to customer & asked for other assist however Mr. Rude was definitely keeping acting with no manners I WAS EXTREMELY TIRED from international travel other wise definitely I will cancel booking thanks to him was first experience in such hotel name and definitely the last.

This wasn't my first stay at this hotel and I continue to appreciate the excellent location, food, and service. The daily housekeeping kept my room very clean. The only minor issue was that the room was a bit dim due to the window facing a neighboring building. Perhaps brighter lighting within the room could enhance the ambiance. Overall, I would recommend this hotel

The service is okay apart from the missing of the teapot in the room, the food is nice and at an affordable price. The environment is quite I like
