Sunroom with windows looking out to the beach that has multi sleeping options for guest.The sunroom has a curtain that can be drawn for privacy for an additional sleeping space. This space has the option of a twin comfy daybed, or this daybed can be extended to make an additional king size bed. There is also a sofa, the kiddos could sleep on in the sunroom. There is plenty of seating, leather sofa with recliners and a rocking recliner and additional living room chairs. I have stocked our kitchen with plenty of everything for your choice of cooking. We have stainless appliances, coffee bar with a keurig single cup and a 12 cup pot for your pleasure. Kitchen island with seating for 4 and plenty of prep space on the other side, so the family can sit around the table and cook at the same time.The complex has a private pool and tennis courts for your enjoyment.
