Negreet Retreat is a water front home located in a quiet calm cove excellent for fishing. A super short boat ride gets you to the main lake of Toledo Bend and a 5 minute boat ride to Cypress Bend resort. This new, clean and cozy lake house has its own private concrete boat launch, fishing pier and floating dock. 2 single person Kayaks are included for you use during your stay. The boat house has one powered boat slip ( sometimes 2!) for your use along with a fish cleaning station with water and electricity. Excellent views from the large patio with comfy furniture.
