Oversized windows provide loads of natural light and sought after views of the lake and the bluff, great for fall foliage! Kitchen is fully stocked with 6 burner gas range, double ovens and range hood, large French door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. WiFi is included as well as smart TV’s in main living areas so you can easily stream all of your shows during downtime. This home boasts 3 bedrooms; first the king master en-suite with stunning 1800’s doors from Belgium, to capture the lake views. A queen bedroom with lake views and a Jack and Jill bath with a full sized bathtub rounds out the second bedroom. A triple bunk bed completes the third bedroom with the shared Jack and Jill bath. The half bath is on our landing level with a washer and dryer available to guests. We provide our renters two single kayaks, a stand up paddle board, and life vests to use during their stay. This home is walking distance to the Lakeside Restaurant and just a short trip up the hill and you have access to many area wineries, breweries and distilleries! There is parking for 5 cars and our boat dock may be used by guests who wish to enjoy fishing, boating and water sports with their own boat. There is also a fire pit area with some fire wood to get you started and a finished walk out lake level lounge for the use of our guests. The lounge is equipped with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and tables, a pool table and a dart board. This is a great hang out space, especially appreciated by our teenage guests. The 3 sets of French doors allow a monumental view of Keuka Lake. No hillside staircases or obstacles detain you from 220 feet of private flat beach and large dock. Our new concrete "sea-wall" extends along the beach with wide custom concrete steps that allow you to walk right into the crystal clear water( added 2024).
