This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Included a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, and mini “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious and peaceful. Soothing colors, super comfortable, and lots of extras. Our little “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our little orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space just outside your door.The Orchard Suite includes a super soft queen bed, reading nook with bench, a roomy dining table and chairs, a large tv, a huge bathroom with a tub/shower, an enormous closet with double mirrors, and a super comfortable outdoor dining space just outside your door. You are welcome to wander through the yard and even pick any ripe produce that catches your eye. Fresh eggs and home-made jam are usually available upon request.Guest accessLaundry area available upon request. You have the whole suite to yourself, and are welcome to use our outdoor dining space and yard.Other things to note~Noise is fairly minimal, and quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m -7:00 a.m.~The room includes its own thermostat and heating/cooling units.~Laundry facility and ironing board, etc. available upon request.~Mini “kitchenette” includes a coffee bar and kuerig, microwave, mini fridge, and toaster. This adorable basement apartment offers everything you need for a terrific stay. All of the windows are above ground so it is nice and bright. The bedrooms feature a comfortable high-up queen bed, a luxurious low king bed, and even a pack-n'play crib for our littlest guests, and a twin inflatable mattress. Equipped with WiFi, iron and ironing board, heating, AC, hair dryer, and a washer and dryer, you'll have all the conveniences of home. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a cozy sofa bed. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.We are close by 3 different ski resorts which makes us a great home base for skiiers, as well as Willard Bay and Pineview Reservoir to have fun in the water in the summer.
