This property is a four bedrooms one and a half bath very spacious this home has a big dining room table to entertain at least eight people, nice outdoor space for grilling and relaxing. It is also very private. it is very close to the downtown and UAB and the Civic Center No parties are allowed penalty $5000. No inside smoking penalty $500 .this home have just about all the amenities that you will need. It is an older neighborhood, but very nice. The neighbors are very friendly. It is just very comfortable for relaxing with family and friends. This home. It is not for hosting big event or any type of event. It is a home no parties. Don’t block neighs driveway. 'I was on travel for my mother-in-law funeral and I had booked the double bed but once I checked in, double bed room was not available, instead I was given a one King size bed. and later on-duty manager provided me with roll away bedroom which took most of the room and very inconvenient to move about in the room.'

리리뷰어원래 광산男爵의 저택이었던 건물은 건축가가 구입하여 복원할 때까지 파손되었습니다. 저택은 절대적으로 아름답고 역사와 골동품으로 가득합니다. 나는 누나와 ”매혹적인 터렛”방을 공유했습니다. 침대는 우리가 충분한 프라이버시를 받을 만큼 충분히 멀리 떨어져 있었습니다. 소유자인 Sheila는 부지에 살고 있으며 지역에 대한 환대와 소중한 조언을 모두 제공하는 은혜로운 호스트였습니다. 모든 것 외에도 레스토랑과 공항과 가까운 훌륭한 지역에 있습니다. 나는이 시설에 가장 높은 추천을합니다.

리리뷰어I don’t think the hotel was anything special, they didn’t have water in the room which should be expected for the price I’m paying.
However Miss Lafaye was amazing. I used to be a night manager 15 years ago for a Hilton Property. She immediately saw how tired I was from my flight and got me checked in and my card with lightning speed. I can tell she’s very well trained and professional, and that made the highlight of my stay.

리리뷰어호텔은 깨끗하고 내가 버밍엄에 있었던 이유 때문에 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 내가 참석했던 행사와 가까웠다. 내 방의 싱크대에는 이빨을 닦고 얼굴을 씻는 것과 같은 활동 중에 싱크대에서 수집하고 싶지 않을 때 물이 도피하는 것을 막는 마개가있었습니다. 물도 차가웠고 조금도 데우는데 시간이 너무 오래 걸렸다. 미지근하지도 않았다. 그래서 체크아웃을 하고 샤워를 할 수 없었습니다. 내 아들은 실제로 추운 날에 찬물로 샤워를 했습니다. 이것은 우리가 잠시 동안 앨라배마에서 가진 가장 추운 것 중 하나였습니다. 나는 또한 비상 사태로 인해 건물을 비워달라고 비상 메시지와 알람에 잠에서 깨어 났고 나중에 테스트라는 것을 알게되었습니다. 소방차가 도착했을 때 이것을 배웠고 직원이 전화하지 않아 단지 테스트라고 알리지 않은 것에 대해 사과하는 소리를 들었습니다. 나는 하룻밤 만 머물렀기 때문에 더 나은 인상을받을 수있는 다른 기회가 없었습니다. 시설에 대해 낮은 평가를 하지 않은 유일한 이유는 샤워와 세면대 문제를 보고하면 수리를 위해 편리한 사람을 방으로 보냈기 때문입니다. 그러나 우리가 이전에 예정된 의무를 충족시키기 위해 집에 돌아갈 예정이었기 때문에 아들은 이미 찬물로 샤워를 하고 있었습니다. 나를 체크아웃하는 직원은 내가 제3자를 통해 예약했기 때문에 나를 위해 아무것도 할 수 없다고 말했다. 그러나 그녀는 내가 주차 비용을 지불한 돈을 환불할 것이라고 말했습니다.

리리뷰어The hallway smell was over the top. Whatever they use to mask the smell was just awful. Also, when I came back from dinner one night, there was a puddle of water from the a/c. Water was under bed and to the other side of room. Management came and cleaned it up and took care of a/c issue. It was late and didn’t want to deal with that. Wont be going back.
