Centrally located - Just over an hour to downtown Houston via the Aggieland Expressway, 30 minutes from Montgomery, College Station, and Magnolia. 40 minutes to Brenham, Tomball, and Conroe.Owner lives on the adjacent property about a quarter of a mile from the farmhouse, and maintains all of the acreage. Property maintenance is ongoing throughout the year (bailing hay, mowing, clearing brush, trimming trees), so it's likely you may see property upkeep being done.
