Simply but comfortably appointed it has everything you need for a delightful beachside getaway with sea views and stunning sunsets from the living room and the yard.The kitchen is well-equipped, inviting you to whip up your favourite coastal dishes using the day's catch. Dine indoors, or take your meals outside where you can bask in the sea breeze and enjoy breath-taking views of the horizon. Enjoy the convenience of a dishwasher to help take some of the load and spend more time enjoying the view. A four burner hot-plate BBQ offers the chance to cook outside and keep the dishes to a minimum while enjoying the sea-breeze at days end. The bedroom is a simple retreat, featuring quality where you can drift off to the lullaby of the ocean, and wake up refreshed for another day of seaside adventures. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed and for the kids, the third bedroom offers a bunk bed. We've installed a light pet fence at the back (beach side) of the house to help contain small pets (or well behaved larger ones) along with a stretch of artificial lawn to provide a friendlier place for small feet and paws (though it should be noted there is gravel beneath the turf so it isn't up to a soft grassy lawn for your feet standard).A washing machine is available in the bathroom, though you'll need to bring your own detergent.We've added an older X-box for light entertainment. Note that games are on the hard-drive and so bringing your own won't work, but there should be something there to entertain those who really have to play a game on holiday! There are also a handful of board games. Port Broughton offers a great range of activities for those wanting a bit more than relaxing by the beach and enjoying the sunsets.For fishing enthusiasts, options abound with local access to beach and jetty-based fishing or take advantage of the conveniently located boat ramp for a deeper sea adventure.
