The rear deck is accessed from the kitchen, via a large utility room that has a washer, dryer and laundry tub. A full bathroom and separate toilet are also off this room and there is a dog door suitable for a small to medium size dog. The rear deck has a large dining table and chairs, it is mostly undercover. A few steps down lead in to the courtyard which is fully fenced.Guest accessGuest have the entire home plus two decks and a courtyard. There is a two car carport, there is no other parking on the property.Other things to noteOur focus is to provide a comfortable and delightful place to stay with all the amenities you would expect in a private home.
