This amazing open floor plan is a 4 bedroom with 3 attached bathrooms. Open kitchen into dinning area. All new furniture and paint and this house is awesome for entertainment. New Game room with arcade and 4 real slot machines. We have shuffle board ping pong out side pool side TV and so much more. Terra Lago golf course 2 min drive and so many other golf courses nearby, hiking trails, polo grounds are less than 3 miles. Acusure arena 10 min drive away. Living desert outside Zoo 10 min drive. Cable with movie channels in all of the rooms. Back yard fire place and BBQ for evening entertainment. Mountain View’s and extra large back yard. Read our reviews we never disappoint our guests. We are disability friendly one level all flat pool side 36” wide doors and easy shower access. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Pet fee $100 per Dog. pee in the house is $200.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No overnight street parking there is $500 fine if sited. Cars must use drive way. 11pm until 6am $80 extra per night to heat pool..No messing with with pool equipment . Fire bowls to be used for one hour max and kept low due to high natural gas cost. $25 added for each hour past.,No overnight parking if you have work vehicle or xl van park outside gate or $500 citation is your cost. Great for Coachella This was the perfect space for my friends and I to stay for Coachella. It was a nice convenient location and had everything that we needed. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Definitely recommended!

The best time! Great Prioerty! Family getaway with our adult children. Lovely home. AC blasts. Spa heats up quickly. Host is a great communicator. Pool is so nice with great lighting at night. Beds comfy. Highly recommend!

Paradise in Indio The Desert Oasis was an amazing experience! The house could not have been any better. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and smooth. We were in the area for BMW Performance Driving School in Thermal, CA, and this property was 15 minutes from there - which was perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and super accommodating. When we couldn't get the hotub to work, we messsaged the host and he had his pool guy come out within 20 minutes to get it working. There were plenty of fun things to do in the house like a shuffleboard table, arcade games, pinball, and video poker. We even had ducks and hummingbirds visit us in the beautifully landscaped pool area. The place is simply idyllic. If I could give this property and host more than 5 stars, I would!

Outstanding property Enjoyed staying at this property. The house was in excellent condition and very accommodating. The owner thought of everything from a stocked coffee bar to a wide assortment of games. The owner was great, making sure we had anything we needed. Would recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Perfect family getaway for all ages! We booked this gorgeous desert oasis to celebrate our daughter turning 16. We ranged in ages from 1 to 75 and I’m happy to report, everyone had such a fantastic family weekend getaway. We loved the phenomenal large open floor plan, the chefs kitchen was utilized for every meal and my wife kept saying what a joy it was to have so much space to prepare the meals. My brother was able to use the outdoor bbq. The house comes equipped with everything you would need to host a family gathering . So many thoughtful touches throughout the beautiful home from the high chair to the play pen our nephew used to the large supply of towels needed for the stay. Our host was exceptional at communicating and any need we had was quickly met with prompt attention. This is a gated community and we felt even more at ease knowing they take special attention to keep us all safe and to ensure everyone was well cared for. The outdoor space was just perfect for all ages. Although it was summer temps while we stayed, the inside always stayed at a very comfortable temperature given the large size of the house. Don’t hesitate, book this house because we cannot wait to return and create more amazing family memories here! Michael has set the bar so high, we were absolutely delighted with our entire weekend!

Fantastic !!!!!!!!! This property is well updated to a modern house of today with a lot of essentials very spacious Kid, friendly and just an awesome house. Beautiful desert getaway! Premier host! Michael made us feel welcomed and comfortable during our entire stay! Beautiful home in a private neighborhood with gorgeous pool and spa! Lots of nearby stores, food etc. Amazing kitchen well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms and baths. Everything was extremely clean and well cared for. Communication was excellent and check-in/out process was easy and efficient. Central air was the best in this July heat! Kids loved the fountains and lights while in the pool. Kids also enjoyed about 10 min walk from property to the lake with ducks watching sunset, playground and walk over the bridge. We definitely enjoyed everything about this home and is on our list for future stays! Thank you again Michael! :D
