Holiday Inn Express Fremont

We checked in late at night after a long drive and just needed a comfy bed. The location was convenient. We were impressed with the service and cleanliness. Our room was clean and modern. If visiting the area, we would definitely choose this hotel again. The room would be great for a longer stay.

A very good hotel and quite a pleasant surprise. Clean, well kept, up to date, with nicely furnished and fitted out rooms. Definitely consider staying there. It's right off Rt. 80 and very convenient,

Hotel room was the best we stayed in forever. Recently totally remodeled and clean. Bed was comfortable. Tons of pressure in the shower which is great. Windows did let some road noise in but nothing major. the hotel itself is going under renovation which will make it the best. Due to the construction on the main floor, the pool was closed, which we didn't need anyway, but call before you go to make sure it's open. There is noise from the construction guys by the breakfast area, we just took ours to our room. Hubby was dissapointed that there was no bacon or sausage available, just eggs and buscuits and gravy for hot food and waffles. Otherwise great place to stay for the price.

The room was clean and breakfast had a good selection. We appreciated the table with 2 chairs in a room with 2 beds; but there was no easy chair even though there was room. I shut 3 of the fire doors at the stairs that were held open; one didn't close right anyway (fire doors only work if they are shut). The wi-fi barely worked; first I could only pick up the Comfort Inn next door. I walked out into the hallway and got a signal; but then after I signed in, it only stayed on a second and it continued to flash in and out. We had a fridge, which we needed, but no microwave to warm up some dessert we had carried out from lunch. I checked the listing and they didn't even mention the fridge so I guess we were at least lucky enough to get that.

We stayed just one night at the Quality Inn on a roundtrip. It was a perfect hotel with so nice people, especially at the front desk. We were given two bottles of water for each room and got nice rooms on the second floor. The rooms were in perfect condition with very comfortable beds and a clean and very good bathroom. The breakfast was good and late in the evening we had the pool for us alone which was very pleseant. We would recommend this hotel and stay there again. Much better service than on some high priced hotels on our trip.

Very friendly front desk staff. When she saw the empty cookie plate after we returned from dinner, she made another batch of cookies. The room was clean and comfortable. Several good restaurant choices nearby. We would stay here again when in the area.

Very friendly check in and front desk staff. Had dinner recommendations. For some reason we were given a handicap accessible room but as a nurse I don't see it. The only difference was grab bars in the tub (it would be very difficult for a wheelchair bound person to safely get in and out of this deep regular tub) and a hand held shower (no shower chair). The toilet was higher and there was a wall sink with no cabinet and no place to put anything down. A Night light was provided but it was burned out. Linens were nice, room was clean. Breakfast was not good. The eggs were salted to the point of inedible, fruit was a bowl of apples and one was rotten, 'sorry'. Bread for toast and bagels. No muffins or sweet rolls. Every cereal, even the oatmeal, was high sugar. We were told "supply chain issues." Every other hotel on our 8 days trip had things. Coffee ran out early and was more than 10 minutes to replace.

We're in the middle of moving across the country. We had driven 10 hours in the moving truck, gotten sideswiped by a semi, and were way behind schedule. We pulled in at midnight-thirty sore and exhausted. We got our room and we're excited for a hot shower and a good night of sleep. Our hopes were dashed when I got into the shower and found that this is one of those hotels that limits the temperature of the water so you can't actually take a hot shower... it gets not-quite-pleasantly-warm, instead. It was incredibly disappointing. It also smelled strongly of sulphur. The towels were, mercifully, big and soft, likely because they know you'll be freezing when you get out of the crappy shower. The bed was comfy but the pillows ******. The alarm clock in our room was apparently left on by the last guests and started squawking at 615 am, which didn't make me happy. Took another shower and was incredibly frustrated to find it was even worse than the first one... this time it's like they ran out of hot water altogether and it fluctuated from cold to mildly tepid, no warmer. Breakfast was decent. Would not stay again.
