Beautiful place The views are beautiful Food was gorgeous and service very good. Will definitely return it was good value for money you’ll need to book well in advance in high season. Recommend the king prawn and monk fish paella it was delicious.

Spectacular setting. Polished service -- all the way around. Multilingual staff. Scenic outdoor dining overlooking the ocean. Excellent full breakfast. We had a suite on the upper level. We liked how this hotel was in a residential neighborhood, far from the maddening crowds. The suite, however, felt tired, needing an update. It had a lovely balcony to the side, however, overlooking the grounds and ocean.

Nice hotel, beautifully located in a small Mallorca bay. Restaurant and food are great. The service is quite good but slow. The rooms need a reinvestment as they look old and tired. Overall a good place to disappear for a long weekend.

Iconic hotel set in the most beautiful place. Sea views abound. Can’t say enough good things about Fransisco and the staff. Extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a room with a sea view. They need to trim the pine trees so we could actually see the sea from our balcony. Lastly, the bathroom was missing a few important amenities such as small finger towels, cotton balls and shower caps. This should be standard in a hotel of this caliber. But overall our stay was pleasant with a welcoming staff and beautiful sea views. The close proximity to Palma is also a plus.

This was our first time staying at the hotel. Previously we have only done lunch. Even though I think the menu could be more exciting, the food is truly great. The reception service is also quite nice, but at the restaurant I did find some cheekiness that was later compensated for. They have a great wine/drink selection and the breakfast was also good, even though there was some issue with dated cheese at the morning buffet. The rooms are big, beds ar comfortable and the view is quite amazing. The spa is small, but massages great! The location of this hotel, if you want to be a bit off from Palma (city), but closer to places such as Puerto portals, well if so - yes book this hotel! The service could be a little bit more attentive to the guests that have the sunbeds on the cliffs, but this is just minor since the staff who worked there were really great. Well, we loved it and we are def. coming back ＜3

I booked a seaview room however the room I was allocated had a massive tree in front of my balcony so I actually had water glimpses.

Fantastic evening meal at the hotels restaurant. We were staying near by and booked a table for dinner Wonderful fish paella with the most amazing views and service. Small but wonderful menu and very reasonable pricing for quality food and the best views, we much preferred this to eating at the restaurants in the port which were expensive and pretentious. We also went there for drinks one afternoon and a swim in the sea, it's a lovely little bay with rocks all around but 2 access points for the water via a ladder. Clear blue cool waters it was bliss
