Our favourite, regular room! As for the breakfast...Awesome! Also, the B&B is perfectly located for all of the beautiful Ilfracombe attractions. We've booked our visit next year already!"

"First off the parking is a joke and hard on your car. Hosting skills poor. Only seen at key giving and breakfast. Dark bar not staffed or appealing. Very high stairs of you struggle like we did. Only toilets are in your room so if you're sitting outside it's a trek up to the loo in your room. No lifts. Room was clean and passible but windows were streaked and unclean. We stayed 2 nights and nobody cleaned our room after first night. No clean towels left, no replenished tea or coffee. One of the milks was off. Breakfast was excellent and that's about really. Won't go again as its not for us. Better to go another 10 miles and stay in Ilfracombe to be honest. This is not a hotel. Its a guest house at best."
