"I stayed here almost 3 months from July to October 2016. location is the key factor for this hotel. it is very near to Ikeja mall. Hotel staffs and Managers are friendly. rooms are old. problems in the bathroom doors, old refrigerator which setting cannot be adjusted, dirty pool. No channels available to watch in the TV. WIFI is so poor, only available in ground and first floor, I always used mobile data. even in the hotel without any star rating gives at least 2 bath towels and one face towel but here only one bath towel in a room. No free tea or coffee in the room. later free water is also stopped. restaurant food is poor. Definitely improvement is needed on the above said points. I have no choice to move to another hotel because of the location of this hotel is walkable to my work place."

"Overall stay was ok the food was great. how ever the staff are very unprofessional, unfriendly unmotivated, took almost an hour just to check in. for example I had a dinner I needed water to wash my hands to eat a gentle steward told me to use fork 🍴I was wondering 💭, after going to drop some items for my friend outside the security will not let go out because they didn’t see me going in with a bag haba wondering where this gentleman are from and why they choose to think this way."

"Restaurant - Breakfast for the 1st week was poorly presented and plates was not properly cleaned. There were also delay in order fulfilment. Noise - This is a very noisy hotel especially in the evenings from Thursday till Sunday. The bar does not care about the guests. The table tennis court is not also regulated, there were people playing and shouting up until 3am some nights. Housekeeping - I experienced 2 housekeepers, one does average cleaning while the other young man Micheal is very dutiful and does excellent job. Staff service - average customer care, lots of improvement needed. Security - Good, no issues with them. Hotel environment - smelly gutter in front of the hotel which breeds mosquitoes and foul odour."
