"The hotel offers a magnificent sunrise view, which is worth a few inconveniences. The rooms are clean, but the dining room is not. We were among the first at breakfast, and there were food scraps and Gruyère cheese (from the previous night's dinner) on the chairs and floor. The rooms have neither a refrigerator nor a minibar (which is mandatory in a 3-star hotel, but this is a "club," not a hotel), so storing baby food is impossible, especially since the kitchen and reception refuse to take even a box of Laughing Cow cheese."

Pro's: 1) AC worked well and had no probelem cooling the room as it was very hot outside. 2) Breakfast was good for the price 3) Location is good for visiting the beach or Giens 4) Parking available Cons: 1) Nothing decent to eat within walking distance that I could find. 2) Weird smell emanating from the bathroom. Just kept the door closed and was manageable."

"We booked this hotel for 10 days with a sea view room, as we were traveling with our toddler and wanted comfort without having to move around too much. On arrival, we were given room #20 with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, less than 10 minutes in, we realized the room was directly next to the condenser (outdoor AC unit), which made a constant loud noise. I immediately told the manager that this was impossible to tolerate for 10 days. Their first response was: “We don’t have other rooms, and the money is non-refundable.” They later said someone would “fix” the noise in the morning, but clearly they were already aware of this issue. After a sleepless first night, they offered us either a much smaller room (not possible with all the baby’s things) or a room without a sea view. Eventually, they told us that if we endured one more night in the noisy room, they could give us another sea view room for 5 nights—but then we would have to return to the horrible room for the last 2 nights. We decided instead to cut our vacation short by 2 days. The new room was supposedly their “best” room (port cros ) with a great view. But first night, while trying to put my son to sleep, I saw a mouse in the room. We had to move all our belongings off the floor and chase it out ourselves. When I reported it, the night staff simply said they had “never heard of that before.” The next morning, another staff member came with a small device and casually said mice were “not a big deal” and even “cute.” This was shocking and unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as a vacation destination. Between the unbearable noise, the poor customer service, the constant room changes, and finally the mouse in the room, this hotel completely ruined the peaceful holiday we had planned. We left early, exhausted and disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone expecting a relaxing"

"!!! WARNING !!! Bedbugs !!! We stayed for one week, from August 16th to 23rd, 2025, in accommodation J001. And we found BEDBUGS!!! We reported it at 5:00 AM. The site manager came at 10:00 AM. For 5 hours, we remained in this infested accommodation without any instructions. Yes, we were moved to a larger apartment at 2:00 PM, BUT we had to wash our own clothes and do the "moving out" ourselves. After complaining all day, they agreed to disinfect our car and suitcases at 9:00 PM. We had to wait until 7:30 PM for a travel cot. No compensation or assistance was offered. There is no protocol in place for these situations, and you have to send a registered letter to headquarters to file a complaint and then wait 6 to 8 weeks for a response!! Outrageous for a "4-star" establishment and for a hotel chain!! Note: on the first day, we waited until 11:30 PM for a travel cot that we had requested in advance. The next day, the sink was clogged and the stovetop didn't work. And during the night, the first bedbug bites. Furthermore, I confirm the other reviews indicating that there is no storage space for clothes or groceries. The cleaning is appalling; proof of this is that the cleaning staff didn't even notice the bedbug nest on the mattress!! In short, a disastrous stay!!"

"아름다운 자연과 가까운 분위기의 해변에 있는 아주 좋은 곳. 좋은 서비스, 멋진 객실 - 옷걸이와 수건을 말릴 곳이 너무 적지만 그렇지 않으면 훌륭하고 모든 것이 나무로 지어졌으며 수제 및 생태적인 느낌이 있습니다. 해변에 많은 사람들이 있지만(프랑스 성수기, 무엇을 기대했습니까?) 과밀하지 않으며 거주자로서 선베드를 무료로 이용할 수 있습니다. 훌륭하지만 값 비싼 레스토랑, 멋진 직원 및 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박."

"Great stay for the 4 of us (2 adults 2 kids). Buffet was good (only comment: coffee should be included for lunch & dinner! ). Accommodation (« Les Pins ») was great (in the middle of the trees). Kids club (Junior) was fun and full of activities. We went for some swimming lessons for one of the kids (5) with Stéphane: great and fun experience with presents and a diploma for the kids. Stéphane is full of energy and has a great pedagogy. Tennis lessons (5 days) were great too with Aurélien. Diploma and presents at the end of the week. Looking forward to our next stay."
