이 호텔을 별 5개 이상 평가할 수 있다면 그렇게 하겠습니다. 그 사람들은 환대 전문가들이었고, 그들이 나와 내 가족을 대하는 방식은 우리 모두를 압도적으로 행복하게 만들었습니다. 모든 세부 사항이 고려되었으며 기대 이상이었습니다. - 레스토랑에 들어가면 아들이 주저했고 몇 초 만에 셰프가 아들의 취향에 맞는 특별 주문을 해주었습니다. -간식과 피자가 너무 맛있어요. - 호텔은 아늑하고 좋습니다. - 전망이 편안합니다. -매우 깨끗한 객실, 수영장, 레스토랑. -메인 레스토랑에서는 해산물을 여러 번 제공했습니다. 하지만 결코 냄새가 나지 않았고 이는 장점입니다. - Jaz Casa Del Mar의 아름다운 모래사장을 이용할 수 있었습니다. 내 생일에 호텔에서 무료 생일 케이크를 보냈고 다음날 또 다른 칭찬이 보내졌을 때의 기분은 말로 표현할 수 없습니다. 이베로텔 카사 델 마르에 실망했습니다. 경험을 망친 중요한 단점들이 꽤 많았습니다. 다시는 가지 않을 겁니다. 차가운 음식, 잠 못 이루는 밤, 괴롭힘을 감수할 수 있다면 괜찮을 겁니다. 호텔 객실은 새벽 1시까지 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 모스크 때문에 매일 아침 4시 30분에 깨곤 했습니다. 그래서 잠을 제대로 자지 못하고 깨는 경우가 많았습니다. 방이 리틀 바/엔터테인먼트 좌석 바로 옆이라 더 나은 잠을 자고 싶어 리셉션에 방을 옮겨줄 수 있는지 물었지만, 담당 직원은 무례하게 어깨를 으쓱하며 "방을 옮겨드릴 수는 있지만, 큰 변화는 없을 겁니다."라고 말했습니다. 설상가상으로 소음까지 더해져 침대가 매트리스 토퍼를 깔았는데도 불편하고 딱딱했습니다. 마치 콘크리트 바닥에서 자는 것 같았습니다. 욕실 샤워실은 정말 끔찍했습니다. 호텔에 묵으면 샤워실 그라우트/실런트가 청소하기 어려워서 약간 더러워지는 것은 당연합니다. 하지만 샤워실은 오랫동안 청소되지 않은 게 분명했습니다. 참고로 사진을 첨부합니다. 미니바는 시끄럽고 더럽고 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 가격도 매우 비쌉니다. 소켓이 2개밖에 없어서 부족했습니다. 하우스키핑 직원이 샴푸와 바디워시를 여러 번 채워주지 않아서 메모를 남겨야 했습니다. 8일 밤이 되어도 침대 시트가 아직 갈아지지 않아서 그 점에 대해서도 메모를 남겨야 했습니다. 음식은 실망스러웠습니다. 어떤 음식은 정말 맛있었지만, 일관성이 없었습니다. 대부분 미지근하고, 싱겁고, 기름지고 차가웠습니다. 어떤 날은 고기와 감자튀김이 계속 차가웠습니다. 빵과 케이크는 오래되었습니다. 전날 밤의 음식은 수영장 주변에서 차갑게 제공되었습니다. 이탈리안 레스토랑(저녁)의 메뉴는 해산물만 매우 제한적이었습니다. 레스토랑은 매우 더웠고 야외 좌석은 제한적이었습니다. 테이블과 식기가 여러 번 더러웠습니다. 수영장 옆에는 셀프 서비스 '스낵바'가 없습니다. 앉아서 먹을 수 있는 공간이 있지만 메뉴가 제한적입니다. 오후에 빨리 먹고 싶다면 불가능했습니다. 음료는 별로였습니다. 소다와 라거는 괜찮았지만 칵테일은 끔찍했습니다. 보드카는 뒷맛이 끔찍했습니다. 생수는 없었고 방에는 유리병만 있었습니다. 양치질할 때 화장실에서 마시면 위험했습니다. 라거는 작은 잔에 담겨 나왔는데, 0.5파인트도 안 되었습니다. '환타'와 주스는 병에 담겨 나왔는데, 종종 따뜻하게 데워서 옆에 두곤 했습니다. 수영장은 괜찮았습니다. 좌석은 충분했고(하루 종일 선베드를 찾을 수 있었습니다) 7월이나 8월에는 없을 것 같았습니다. 다만 수영장에 염소가 거의 없거나 전혀 없었습니다. 온수 수영장은 시끄러웠고, 온수가 아닌 수영장은 조용했습니다. 온수 욕조는 더럽고 촉감도 더러웠습니다. 온수가 아닌 수영장 옆 풀 바에서 일하는 직원 이브라힘은 매일 훌륭했습니다. 친절하고 세심하고 따뜻하게 맞아주었습니다. 휴가를 좀 더 줘야 할 것 같습니다. 식사 서비스는 전반적으로 훌륭했고, 음료는 바로 가져다주고 접시도 빨리 치워주었습니다. 하지만 기다리는 동안 휴대폰을 보고 있다가 무시하는 직원들이 몇 명 있었습니다. 정말 끔찍했습니다.

We visited here as a couple in our early 40s looking for a relaxing week in the sun. This is our 5th different hotel we have stayed at in Egypt and we were not disappointed or let down at all! Check in and arrival very welcoming, asked to take a seat in reception and hot towels and cold beers were given to us whilst they went through all the relevant things (passport checks etc) Before we arrived I emailed and asked in advance for high floor, during the check in they mentioned this and said that we have indeed got a top floor room (there are only 2 or 3 floors depending on which part of the hotel it is) we were then taken to our room, the staff member helping us with our luggage also explained to us about where everything was. Our room was everything that we would hoped, a massive comfortable bed: a walk in shower that was fine, air con, a free use of the safe. Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge (the things in the fridge are not part of the all inclusive so don’t drink them if you don’t want to be billed for them). The view from our balcony was great too and the pool at night looks great! The bottled water is replenished everyday by housekeeping, if you ever need any more you can call housekeeping and they will send some up. The main restaurant was by the main bar and isn’t that big but we never had an issue getting a seat no matter what meal it was or time, the staff in there are brilliant, so friendly and helpful, a massive thank you to Ahmed Adel who is the most friendly and welcoming member of the team and an asset to the hotel. On one occasion I went to get myself a drink, he smiled and said that what he was there for so can I please let him know and he will get it for us and for the rest of the trip when we walked in he always there to greet us and knew what drinks we were after. Adb eld (the rest of his name escapes me) who worked the bar at the ‘lively’ pool is also one of the staff members who went above and beyond, All the staff know pretty quickly what you like to drink and on our 3rd morning Adb was confused when my wife asked for a white coffee and not a beer, it was a running joke for the rest of the holiday and again another member of the team who stood out for us. The Al a carte restaurant food was fantastic, we went once, the service was amazing and the food was awesome; the steaks are delicious and well worth a visit. Evening entertainment was usually a singer or musician which was always very relaxing by the pool, again, there isn’t that many seats when you look but we never had an issue getting a seat and the staff were always coming round asking if you wanted anything else to drink. There was also a kids disco and evening entertainment in La Bouchon which is near reception we never went to these but didn’t hear anyone complain, the entertainment team also put on a beach and pool party in the sister hotel opposite, again we didn’t go to these but heard no complaints. Stayed for a week here. Lovely hotel, not too big, with attentive staff. Food was excellent with plenty of choices. Plenty of sun beds around the three pools with waiter service for drinks. Lunch in the restaurant or the outdoor Italian restaurant. Pool was freezing! Rooms were clean and spacious.

Well as this was our 6th visit it did not disappoint, absolutely fantastic hotel just what we like ,the food is plentiful always hot ,lots of variety. Ahmed Adel in the restaurant was amazing constantly, making sure we were watered lol.as were all the staff smiling all the time. Was nice to see some old staff and new , a very big credit to this hotel,should be proud . the animation guys are great chatty and went out of there way to say hello. I would say one negative is the entertainment must try to involve English not just French,on saying that we have already booked for our 7th time, see you next year .
