Clup paradisio hotel is good hotel great People we lige here soo much and the food is good the room is clean but is a little old Steel but fine .. The animation team is Amazing and do really good atmosfæren and good aktiviteter all of Them sama bob all and we Wiil come back agian ＜3

My family have just returned from Club Paradisio El Gouna and I couldn’t wait to write this review! Transfers from Hurghada airport to the hotel took around 45 minutes (3 drop-offs before ours) which I thought was relatively okay. I have to call out the fantastic people that work at this establishment! Every single one of them, from the guys overseeing the heated pool area by handing out towels all the way up to the senior management who we had the pleasure of meeting on numerous occasions, were attentive, very personable and couldn’t do any more for us! This hotel sets a gold standard in customer service and I feel other hotels we’ve stayed at could learn a thing or two from how people operate here. They all work so hard, long hours but always have a smile on their faces! Bravo! The location of the hotel is great. It has lots of rooms, multiple entertainment areas, two restaurants (Marco Polo and one on the beach overlooking the Red Sea). Despite having lots of rooms, it never feels crowded as it’s spread out nicely across various areas, including the beach, around the pools (of which there are two, one is heated), the lobby bar and much more! Rooms were a good standard. We were in room 171 and overlooked the garden. It was peaceful there and the shower was nice and powerful. The beds were comfy too! Food was varied and as a guest you have the option of booking their ‘A la carte’ several times and also you can opt in to their ‘fish’ and ‘steak’ nights. We chose the fish night, effectively all of their amazingly fresh fish is presented on ice, you can choose what you want (as many times as you like) and they will cook it fresh for you. I can highly recommend the prawns :) Owing to the time we went we were lucky enough to see how the hotel manage special occasions like Christmas and New Years celebrations. All I can say is WOW! We were blown away with the level of detail and effort they went to. Tables were presented and the food was a masterpiece! Well done guys! All in all, a fantastic resort to go to and I would highly recommend! Some key things to call out. Take a lot of small currency. We took US dollars but they also take Sterling and Euros. A lot of the staff, whilst not obligatory, we felt it was nice to tip people as a minimum $1 for things like Luggage carrying, waiters, towel guys, cleaning staff etc etc. They very much appreciate it! The animation team are also amazing! Bob, Neli, Jimmy, Sama, Amr and Sally were fantastic people, performers and friends! THANK YOU GUYS! Look out for ‘Yorkshire Jack’ around the pool, a great character and fantastic service! Always offering ‘English water’ lol Prices are ‘negotiated’ so be prepared to haggle! We paid $200 for a private boat trip for 5 of us which involved Dolphin watching and snorkelling! Was fun! Tut tuts in to El Gouna town are outside the hotel and cost us $2 each way. It’s a lovely town centre and would recommend for shopping and has nice bars and eateries! I

Firstly let's be very clear, this hotel is the only hotel we have visited more than once, because it's management, staff, location, food, entertainment staff are second to none. The hotel is immaculate, the grounds are beautiful and exceptionally well kept. We came here in March 2024 and had such a wonderful time we brought our nearest and dearest family with us for Xmas & New Year. We all absolutely loved it. Our group was one couple 48 - 56 and a family of 2 adults and one child aged 8. From the moment we arrived we felt and were treated like we were family ! Wonderful !! We had rooms 171 & 173 , perfect , even had a hotel cat (ginger tom) we named him Ed, visit us every day several times for little treats and cuddles, love him lol (if you do stay please continue to give him love, he is gorgeous. The only issues we have is smoking, bearing in mind I actually smoke. At the entertainment areas it was unbearable to be around as the whole area allows smoking. If you have children or just don't like smoke you will not like it in the outside ? Areas, because it's not , it has 3 enclosed walls and an open front but the huge amount of smokers meant the whole area was smokeynit good for children or adults. If the shows were in side then it was ok unless people smoked next to the fire exit outside as all smoke then came inside ????? We did make our observations to the animation team and management and I really want something done, if not then despite our love for the hotel we won't be back, if you can cope with smoke in the open areas including the pool then I highly recommend, if you do have issues then please check with hotel prior to booking that they have addressed this. If they sort this out we will come back every year as it is an absolutely amazing hotel. Last gripe, yes I know it's Egypt and you expect to have to haggle but please sort out the pricing at the spa, some people pay $25 for a massage some pay what the reps first ask for $50, if all massages were the best price they would get more bookings, same as the boat trips, you just feel as if you are being conned ???

Great holiday, exceptional staff from reception to waiters, hospitality gardeners friendly helpful, the Annimation team are great, we were the English people there for most of the holiday but we felt part of all activities the entertainment was very good, great shout out to the bar team and animation, Bob, Jimmy, Samma, bar man Mahamed Alsed, and Weid, good food good room friendly helpful cleaning staff. One moan access to the main pool was not good for disabled who cannot clime the ladder steps otherwise 100% holiday

It was a really good vacation, the people were really nice and friendly. The animation team was really courteous and the food was also perfect. The view from the beach was amazing, it was not too full and the location was beautiful at all. Also the rooms were really clean.
