Grand Palace - Couples Only 18 Years Plus

이 호텔을 정면에서 보면 오해하지 마세요. 외부는 아름다워 보이지만 안으로 들어가면 먼저 모든 것을 포함해야 하지만 WIFI/음식/맥주/와인 비용을 지불해야 합니다. 저는 이집트에 12번 가봤는데 이 호텔은 이집트 맥주 사카라에 대한 비용을 지불해야 하는 첫 번째 호텔입니다. 음식은 괜찮지만 일반적으로 차갑고 맥주는 따뜻합니다. 직원은 매우 훌륭하고 정말 최선을 다하지만 관리가 최고가 아닙니다. 객실도 이상하고 TV가 침대와 일치하지 않아 힘든 일입니다. 레스토랑은 괜찮지만 괜찮은 음식을 원한다면 비용을 지불해야 하므로 전반적으로 매우 열악하며 이 호텔로 돌아오지 않을 것입니다

The Grand Palace Hotel is for adults only, the neighboring Grand Hotel is for families. Both hotels are all inclusive for dining and drinks. The Grand Palace has beautiful pool areas and a sand beach area, both areas are fully serviced, someone is always available to bring fresh drinks. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Many rooms offer a view over the pool area and the Red Sea. The main pool has a bar which you can swim to. At sunset, the lights around the pools come on and give an ambient of 1001 nights. The weather is pretty consistent in spring and summer and the coastal breeze offers comfort. The Grand Palace has a main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as 5 separate theme restaurants for the evening. The personal are friendly and polite. Across the street is a shopping mall with a few restaurants and bars, some with live entertainment. Critics: Pool and beach areas have limited lounge chairs, which are mostly reserved early in the morning. This is a problem, which the hotel needs to address. We always find a chair, but you have to hurry before breakfast. This dampers the fun (and sleeping in). They offer a wide variety of food at the restaurants, but they like to overcook the meats. Bottle wines cost extra, unfortunately the wines are not stored correctly and often have a cork taste. Since the personal do not drink, this can be a problem. The hotel needs to learn about proper wine storage to solve this problem. Every Tuesday they have a beach party at the marina 5 until 02:00. Very loud. Many complaints to turn the music down after midnight. We come regularly to this hotel and really like the atmosphere and service, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy

Wonderful hotel. Exactly like on the pictures, very luxurious and has a beautiful beach. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. Wonderful panoramic and romantic views from the Asian and rooftop restaurants. The team was really welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed every moment in it.

The hotel is spotless. We had a junior suite. It was great. The biggest letdown for us was the food. Yes, there is a good selection, but alot was over cooked. I had fish several times over cooked and full of bones. Omelettes were seriously over cooked. Fried eggs done crispy round the edges cooked in loads of cooking oil. A real disappointment Fresh seafood....prawns mussels and squid over cooked. A good selection of salads and fresh bread. We ate at the speciality restaurants. Italian one was excellent. The others were nothing to write home about. The cocktails were terrible. Wine was awful yes there was a bar that sold cocktails using branded liquors. We did experience issues with service. I brought this to the attention of reception. Who passed it on to management. The issue was that we were a group of 3 women and we felt that we were overlooked by some waiters when were trying to get drinks . It made us feel uncomfortable. The issue was resolved. The waiters who work round the pool and on the beach. Work so hard and the guys were very friendly. A big thank you to Tito..who looked after us. Would we stay again..that would be a no.....

The Grand Palace is a 10/10 hotel! We were told it was 98% full last week and it was still empty! It was brilliant. The food at the Asian restaurant was amazing - highly recommend the sweet and sour fried fish. Our room was a swim up and SO worth it. Yes the water is cold (we went April 16th for 4 nights) - but it’s still swimable! Having your own sunbeds is brilliant. Some people do reserve sun beds even though there are signs to tell you it isn’t allowed. We ate in the Mexican one night, the Italian another night and the Asian. All the food was excellent. You need to eat in the beach bar by the sea for lunch. It’s the best view and the food is good. Vienna bar from 11am - 11pm for gorgeous cakes (as shown in photo) Sam on the front desk was brilliant. We booked a taxi from the man at the taxi stand inside the front doors £15 to the senzo mall and back again. It isn’t really walkable. Highly recommend.

The hospitality and kindness from the staff was outstanding. We were almost treated as "royalties". The cleanliness was outstanding. Someone was always cleaning the tables, windows, pool and the rooms. The manager was so welcoming and took such good care of us. We can really recommend this place and will most certainly come back soon again.
