Grand Palace - Couples Only 18 Years Plus

이 호텔을 정면에서 보면 오해하지 마세요. 외부는 아름다워 보이지만 안으로 들어가면 먼저 모든 것을 포함해야 하지만 WIFI/음식/맥주/와인 비용을 지불해야 합니다. 저는 이집트에 12번 가봤는데 이 호텔은 이집트 맥주 사카라에 대한 비용을 지불해야 하는 첫 번째 호텔입니다. 음식은 괜찮지만 일반적으로 차갑고 맥주는 따뜻합니다. 직원은 매우 훌륭하고 정말 최선을 다하지만 관리가 최고가 아닙니다. 객실도 이상하고 TV가 침대와 일치하지 않아 힘든 일입니다. 레스토랑은 괜찮지만 괜찮은 음식을 원한다면 비용을 지불해야 하므로 전반적으로 매우 열악하며 이 호텔로 돌아오지 않을 것입니다

The hospitality and kindness from the staff was outstanding. We were almost treated as "royalties". The cleanliness was outstanding. Someone was always cleaning the tables, windows, pool and the rooms. The manager was so welcoming and took such good care of us. We can really recommend this place and will most certainly come back soon again.

Excellent hotel: clean and quiet. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are firm enough and wide enough. The bathroom is nice but the sink is quite high. The walk in shower is ok. We had wifi all over the place and it worked very well. The surroundings are pretty and well maintained. It was easy to walk around. The food was great but I would have liked more variety in gluten free desserts. Drinks were good enough for us. The staff was great, very friendly, helpful and considerate. We were treated like queen and king. I could name a bunch of people who were really great but I won’t because they all were so nice. We really enjoyed our holiday in this hotel and we can recommend it full heartedly.

Very good hotel with friendly staff. Especially Khaled and hit team at beach bar. Always helping and serving with a smile. Mirror pub was nice with entertainment few days a week. Pool bar staff always alert and helping with cure drinks when my wife was sick. Rooms a bit worn down but overall 5/5. A bit more flavour in the food would be nice Will for sure come back

From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this hotel. Staff - AMAZING. Every single one of them work such long hours but always have a smile on their faces and nothing is ever too much. So kind and attentive. I can’t wait to go back and see some of them again. Food - for an all inclusive the choices were fantastic. A huge array of desserts, fruit and chocolate fountains. Breakfast - omelette and breads being our favourite. Room - Beach towels, room towels, robe and slippers provided. The beds are HUGE! TV had a few channels with English/American films that we watched. Mini bar with water, coke, sprite, beer. If you can, go for the swim up room, you get servers walking by your pool and bringing you drinks. Pool/Beach - we had a swim up room so only went to the large pool one day but it was fairly quiet and beds available. Beach was immaculate and the water warm. Plenty of beds free of charge and lots of servers walking round bringing drinks. Entertainment - seemed to be advertised to us the day it was happening. Usually in Mirrors Bar 👍🏼 we saw lots of dancing and great music. Extras - We paid extra for a romantic private anniversary meal on the beach in a tent with lights and our names in the sand. Special shout outs to - - Khaled - manager at the beach restaurant - amazing man and so attentive. Just a gentleman! - Mo/Mohammed at the pool bar who came to our swim up rooms daily. LOVELY JUBBLY! What a little diamond he is and so full of joy. - Shazlee our room cleaner. One of the hardest working people we met and so kind. - Ahmed in Mirrors Bar - his story and his education blew our mind, what a great young man he is! - Oosama and Ahmed in the lobby bar - tequila boom booms for days! So attentive and lovely young men. - Hany in the watch shop - could speak to him for hours. Wonderful family man and so kind. We will be back!

It was my visit number 9 in Egypt-Hurghada and I had a lot of hotels before... But the Grand Palace was very very amazing!!! From the first moment we enter the hotel-lobby everybody was so nice and friendly, so I want to mention a few names: -the reception: Mr. Abd-Al-Gauad, he was very friendly and helped us in each situation. Thank you so much!!! - restaurant: Mr. Nour Ataf, from the first dinner we felt like we are friends, every evening he was friendly and did his job so excellent, we are very thankful and we look forward to see him again at our next stay. - beach restaurant (Mexican restaurant): Dear Mr. Khaled: I have worked in the industry myself for many years, but very few people can give guests the positive and warm feeling you do. THANK YOU!!! - housekeeping: ABDUL!!!! Abdul has become like family and we would like to take this opportunity to highlight his fantastic work! He put a smile on our faces every day. Unfortunately, we were sick at times during the trip and needed some help. He was always there and helped us a lot! And seriously: No one can clean as well as Abdul. He is simply fantastic at his job and an asset to this hotel! I would say every hotel needs at least 10 Abduls!!! Of course there were also a lot of employees whose names we unfortunately didn't ask for, so we apologize! Our summary of the stay is extremely positive and we will definitely come back! Dear hotel management: you have a great team!!!
