후르가다, Adventure Park Egypt 근처 호텔

The hotel is perfect! The service was amazing! All staff is very polite and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay very much! The view from our room was amazing! And the views from every point in the hotel actually is so attractive and impressive!!! The food was delicious as well, the hotel has 8 restaurant, one of them is for extra charge. We will come back for sure!

It was the worst experience ever. Starting from the front desk unprofessional attitude as we were received by Ehab who poorly handled our check in. By the time we reached our rooms, we were already stressed by the front desk inefficiency, inside the rooms there was Glass water bottles that couldn’t possibly be opened to the extent that we had to contact the housekeeping they also couldn’t open them, so after almost 30 min we finally got the normal easy opening plastic water bottles and finally managed to drink water. The rooms are extremely old to the extent that the doors open without keys ( videos and photos attached). The least I would say is that it’s not a safe place to be as you can’t possibly lock your doors. The second night there was very loud music from 1 am till 4 am, couldn’t get a minute of sleep during this period. We reported to the reception but as usual no action taken at all not even an apology. The next door room was extremely noisy too and as mentioned earlier no action taken by the hotel management until I threatened to call the police, which I should have done back then. The third day I had to shower in Cold Water the hot water was out. Two of our group vomited, the food is very bad quality, the management isn’t responsive to any complaints, they don’t even listen, they are simply absent. The GM is always not available inside the hotel and no replacements, only a front desk manager named Khaled Abdraboh, who’s unprofessional and clearly untrained, lacking wisdom & common sense. His behavior was extremely poor, arrogant & aggressive. I used to go there every year for more than ten years, I used to be a loyal customer and gave many good reviews in the past years but this time my experience was horrible. I would never lay a foot there. It’s a shame how bad management can destroy years of work and good reputation and kill customer loyalty forever.

True, honest and very long review... Upon arrival at SUNRISE Holidays Resort, all of the staff say ”Welcome Home” which we found initially a little bit odd. However after a 10 day stay we found that we had a new family! The furniture in the rooms is a little dated, but the rooms are spotlessly clean, towels, robes and toiletries are all supplied. the beds are comfy, what else do you need, frankly you don't spend much time in your room. Water, tea, coffee and soft drinks are topped up daily. Housekeeping staff are just fab The private beach is wonderful, the sea was warm and plenty of sunbeds. The beach staff make sure that you have everything you need, drinks are brought round at all times. There are great 4 restaurants on site, the buffet 'El Sol' is great there is something for everyone, the staff are great. I am a coeliac, so gluten free is a must. As soon as the staff were made aware of this they could not do enough for me, specially made desserts were brought out without even asking for them, gluten free bread arrived by magic for every meal. We only tried Elia, the Mediterranean restaurant, as we loved the El Sol staff so much. Mohammed, the supervisor of Elia asked us to try the restaurant our, so we did, OMG it was so worth it. You can have one meal in each of the specialty restaurants per week. apart from Nasaya, which is chargeable. The guests that we spoke to said that Nasaya was very good and incredibly reasonable. Now... lets talk about our new family... The Splash Bar.... Where do I start... the guys are truly amazing. Tarek, Engelhard, Ahmed and Ahmed are the best. Our glasses were never empty, even though i was only drinking mint tea and coffee, they knew which i would like and when, i'm not sure how as even i didn't know! The managers Mahmood & Sean run a tight ship which we love and join in with everyone, making us feel so welcome. They put up with my learning Arabic badly and tried to teach me new words every day! They genuinely care that you are having a wonderful holiday. The animation team do not stop! how they have so much energy, we will never know. They are great, volleyball, dance lessons, AQUAGYM(!) evening entertainment, its brilliant. We only had one complaint.... The Disco (Jungle Bar) is like the secret ”speak easy” it doesn't have a sign anywhere and was really quiet, non of the guests knew about it! Once we found it we loved it! Ahmed is the sweetest and really looked after us. In summary... The staff made the holiday THE BEST. Warm weather, warm water, great wifi , great food and the warmest welcome. Hotel inmenso y espectacular. Habitaciones amplias y completas. Limpias y modernas. Muy amables los de la recepción y restaurantes. Piscinas amplias, para adultos y niños. Actividades todo el día para todas las edades. Comida variada, cada noche es una cocina tradicional de un país distinto. Salida a la playa directa, con una pasarela para ir a una parte más profunda. Muy bien all inclusive. Muy recomendable.

룩소르 호텔 후르가다에서는 바쁜 일정 후 휴식시간을 보낼 수 있는 편안한 객실이 마련되어 있습니다. 룩소르 호텔 후르가다 객실은 여행객과 비즈니스 출장객 모두에게 후르가다에서 편안하게 지낼 수 있는 공간입니다.호텔은 후르가다국제공항에서 약 12km 정도로, 비교적 가까운 거리에 있어 아주 편리합니다. 호텔은 후르가다의 후루가다, Al Mina Mosque 등 유명 관광지들과 가까운 곳에 있습니다.호텔 시설을 이용하여 하루 동안의 피로를 말끔히 푸실 수 있습니다. 호텔은 편리한 주차 공간을 운영합니다.

We loved every second of our stay at Cooks Club. It was my wife’s birthday the first day of our stay, and upon arriving I asked them if we could get her a cake that night and I would pay for it, even it was on short notice, but they managed to pull a very lovely cake as a compliment and they did not charge us for it and they saved the day and made it wholesome. The vibes at the hotel are immaculate, cozy, relaxed and it gives you a breather from the outside world while still having fun. They provide a shuttle boat to a nearby island every hour if you are into the sea rather than the lagoon and that was our favorite spot. We enjoyed the rooms, the breakfast and definitely the free barista morning coffee. The hotel itself has one of the best locations in Gouna, closest thing to the downtown and 10 mins away from the marina which are the main destinations in Gouna. Could not have had more fun and lovely times than this, and we were already looking forward to come back the second we checked out. Could not have been any better and definitely we will be there soon again.

We stayed here this past week June 2023, it was an amazing holiday. Pros- The entertainment team are brilliant, Bob, Vicki, Keko and Momento especially. They always came and spoke to us in the mornings. Making us laugh and getting us involved in all their activities. The lifeguards were also incredible. (Ahmed and Ramadan) Helping us move our sun beds either into the sun or into the shade. The lunch around the small circle pool was very good. Chips, pizza, burgers, kebabs. Very good food. Served from around 11:30 to about 3. Rooms were very clean, the cleaner was very good we were on the 5th floor room 1519 very good few of the sea and the next door hotel, nice and quiet in the evenings so would be good for someone who likes to go up to the room earlier in the evenings. Bottled Water was given to us everyday. Pools were kept clean and monitored throughout the whole day. Water slides were very good. Felt very safe and were again monitored the whole time. Food at the al carte restaurants were lovely. However you do need to book these quickly as they go very fast. We stayed up until midnight to make sure we got a space. Cons- Food at the buffet in the evening wasn’t brilliant, however I am a fussy eater, there wasn’t chips in the evening buffet any of the times we ate in there, the pasta station was very good for someone like me who likes plain food. The restaurants were quite warm so I found it quite uncomfortable to eat in. The boulevard burger restaurant was outside and I really struggled to eat here. The only restaurant which I thought was a nice temperature was the Asian restaurant, very good food in there was well. We stayed around what was meant to be the adults only pool. A smaller circle one in the middle, however there were more children in this pool than there were adults. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely return. We had a great time.
