I spent a very peaceful quiet time at the Fortune Hotel. The staff are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about interesting places to visit and how to find our way about getting there. That was very much appreciated. Thank you very much for your customer service skills. There is a recommendation that I could put forward. It was annoying to have to keep moving the couch in order to watch the television. The TV could be mounted on the wall facing the couch.

Had to book my hotel in Huddersfield while I was visiting Manchester/Leeds. The hotel was good with all the amenities and services. The staff was also good and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and recommend the hotel to others too.

Very comfortable stay. Initially was given the room that was facing the motorway however requested and was kindly changed to the opposite side which didn't have any noise.

Room was very good however bit disappointed with the £10/hour extra charge for early check-in or late check out... never experienced that before at a hotel.

Good location but breakfast was not good at all

Very nice stay lovely room lovely staff upon check in will be back me and kids had a lovely stay
