리버사이드 부티크 호텔(Riverside Boutique Hotel)

Hi Management Team and Oganisers of the Rabbit Hearty Fanily event which took place in Houtbay at the Riverside Boutique hotel on the 10 February 2024. Your event stated that there will be food trucks and the place would hold 350 people there was two food vendor that could not accommodate everyone. There were no rabbits or waffles that was advertised, i feel it was misleading and robbed of an experience which I generously paid for. We decided to order pizza as this was only option or order cheese and tomatoe sandwiches from the restaurant called Lavender House- A standard cupcake was R40, a coffee and R3 for a sugar! This is and was unacceptable and subpar on your behalf. We waited more than 2 hours for a simple chicken pizza, we got to the bar and ordered our drinks and when paid cash the waiter wanted me to come back because he did not have any change to give me. The bathrooms were disgusting and dirty The sun was blazing with no to little shade. There were so many unhappy people whom I could relate too at your event which was poorly organised in my opinion. We eventually got a table in a shaded area and chairs along with it after arriving more than 30 minutes, sitting at the table for the past 1hour a half and one of the manager whom I believe was in the coffee shop called Lavender House came up to me and my family and demanded the umbrella which provided us the shade we desperatly seeked on this hot and sunny day and basically said she promised another family the umbrella and told us to move to a table in a corner with no sight of seeing my daughter or anything at all which I politely declined. I had mentioned to her that i do not want the sun shining on us while we were having lunch and she became abrupt and left in a hurry. I have attended many events arranged by Howler, the last which was at the cheese festival in Stellenboch abd through enjoyed it. Not only did I feel this woman was racist and rude but the event was poorly organised. I purchased tickets for myself and family based on my previous experiences with Howler but that has stopped today and I will tell all my friends and family about this experience. Myself and many other people left your event early which had left a bad taste in our mouths and the experience was underwhelming and no enjoyable. Thats not all there were nearly not enough head phones for everyone, There were kids crying because not everyone recieved headphones at the start of the disco,surely this should have been taken into consideration as per your ticket sales. I am so dissapointed by this event which should have been a happy and enjoyable day for our family and many others and utterly disgusted the way we were treated. I will not be supporting any of your events like I have been doing religiously for years and will prefer to take my money elsewhere. I will indeed without fail be spreading the word about this event and hotel. I hope that in the near future you'll be more organised, provide adequate food for e
