I had a emergency medical crisis after I extended my stay for a week. I am a disabled Army female veteran and the medical issue was no fault of my own. The customer service representative said I was out of the time frame to get a refund but I was already there for 5 days and hadn't checked in for the extra week I booked. Needless to say I ended up loosing over $200 for a week I didn't stay. Do not book through Bphostels through their site as you will not get your money back no matter what the circumstances are.
