Step into the inviting ground floor, where you'll find a beautifully appointed living room and dining area, perfect for gatherings with loved ones. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need. Featuring two private terraces. Enjoy al fresco dining or simply soak up the sunshine in this serene outdoor space. Ascending to the upper floor, you'll discover two light-filled, colorful bedrooms (of course with folding blinds to darken), beds with good mattresses. One of the bedrooms with air conditioning, the other with a ceiling fan, each thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Both bedrooms are equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes. The larger bedroom also is equipped with a safe. Adjacent to the bedrooms, you'll find a meticulously appointed bathroom, complete with modern amenities for your convenience. The bedroom 'naranja' has a double-bed (160 x 200 cm) even with a very good mattress, a overhead fan, a safe box and a large wardrobe. Our house is situated in a quiet location, inbetween two famous touristic centers: Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema etc. are totally reachable. The beautiful sandy beach with loungers and parasols to hire is approx 5 km away. The distance to the ocean is about 5 km.
