I had a lovely stay at Zhuoya as a solo traveller. The Inn is full of personality and places to gather and reflect (the bar / tea / karaoke / piano room is fantastic!). The owners and staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and well thought-out. The room was clean and had the loveliest smell. On the day of my check-out, I had to leave Heshun three hours earlier than planned due to a changed flight. As I had specifically reserved those hours to explore the Ancient Town, the owner said I did not have to return to the Inn, and that they could pick me up at a different entrance with my luggage to head directly to the airport, so that I could spend as much time in the Town as possible. The Inn also offers a chartered car service that I utilized for one of my days, and was well worth the expense for the convenience, safety, and deeper insights into Tengchong from my driver. Finally, the breakfast is nutritious, diverse and delicious, and the cats are simply too adorable! Thank you Zhuoya for the wonderful stay, and for making my travels to Heshun and Tengchong very special!

사장님이 굉장히 열정적이시고 방을 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 내부의 개인 수프도 훌륭하고 조식도 아주 좋습니다. 경치 좋은 지역에서 먹기 쉽습니다. 기회가 있으면 다시 오세요. 이 호텔은 기대 이상이었습니다! 환경은 우아하고 따뜻하며 서비스는 체크인부터 체크 아웃까지 완벽합니다. 객실은 흠이없고 침구는 부드럽고 수면을 돕고 아침 식사는 풍부하고 맛있습니다. 현지 간식은 훌륭합니다. 전반적인 경험은 유사한 호텔을 훨씬 뛰어 넘습니다. 특히 감동받은 것은 직원들이 내 커피 선호도와 세부 사항을 기억했다는 것입니다. 확실히 다시 올 것입니다. 적극 권장합니다. 만점을받을 가치가 있습니다!

며칠 동안 운남을 방문한 후 이곳은 머물기에 가장 편안한 호텔입니다. 칭찬해야합니다! 사장님이 너무 친절하셨고 방도 무료로 업그레이드 해주셨고, 온천 할인권 구매도 도와주시고, 좋은 전세버스 기사님도 추천해주셨고, 나갈때 버스정류장까지 연락주셔서 가장 가까운 곳까지 데려다주셨어요! 핵심은 방이 잘 꾸며져 있고 완벽한 시설을 갖추고 있으며 깨끗하고 깔끔하다는 것입니다. 특히 방에 전용 온천이 있다는 점입니다. 낮에 놀다가 밤에는 천연 온천에 몸을 담글 수 있습니다♨️ 발코니밖의 아름다운 풍경도 감상해보세요. 너무 편안하고 가격대비 정말 좋습니다. . 다음에 기회가 되면 꼭 다시 올게요!

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was honestly one of the highlights of my trip to Tengchong. The location is absolutely beautiful. It’s tucked away in the mountains, surrounded by greenery and open fields, so it feels peaceful and secluded without being too far from the main attractions. Waking up to misty mountain views every morning was such a treat. The biggest reason I booked this place was the private hot spring, and it did not disappoint. The hot spring water comes directly from Rehai and is available 24/7. Having a private soaking pool in the courtyard was amazing—completely private, quiet, and perfect after a long day of exploring. After visiting Rehai and the surrounding attractions, soaking in the warm mineral water felt incredibly relaxing. My muscles felt less sore, and I slept so well afterward. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, and even the toiletries felt high quality. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with fresh local fruit, and they took the time to explain how to use the hot spring and recommend places to visit nearby. They were always quick to help whenever we had questions. Breakfast here was delicious, with local Tengchong specialties like freshly cooked rice noodles and eggs. There’s also a nice spot to grab coffee and relax around the property. Whether you’re visiting as a couple, with family, or bringing your parents for a relaxing wellness getaway, I would definitely recommend this place. If I ever return to Tengchong, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

The homestay was clean and comfortable, exactly as expected and consistent with the photos shown. The owner recommended local restaurants that are popular with residents, and the food was excellent. A special thumbs-up to the owner for helping us book a hot spring package at a discounted price—it was great value for money. We also received a small farewell gift when we checked out, which was a nice touch. However, the only negative experience—and the biggest drawback—was the unstable hot water in the shower. In winter, the hot water suddenly turned cold halfway through a shower. Although the owner responded promptly and helped adjust the water pressure, the temperature later became unstable again, suddenly turning extremely hot and almost scalding. We hope this can be improved in the future to make the stay even more comfortable.

호텔 시설은 모두 새롭고 최첨단입니다. 3층 건물이지만 엘리베이터, 세탁기, 건조기가 갖춰져 있습니다. 건조기가 필요하지 않은 경우 3층에 빨래 건조 공간이 있습니다. 자가용을 이용하는 분들을 위해 호텔 바로 앞에 주차장이 있어 주차도 편리합니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗합니다. 침구는 건조하고 냄새가 나지 않았으며, 화장실은 완전 자동입니다. 호텔 주변 환경은 아름답고 공기가 맑으며, 2층과 3층에서는 일출을 감상할 수 있어 정말 환상적입니다! 프런트 직원은 매우 친절하고 세심했으며, 필요한 것이 있으면 언제든지 도와줄 준비가 되어 있었습니다. 주인분들도 매우 친절하고 다정하셔서 마치 오랫동안 못 만났던 친구를 만난 것 같은 기분이었습니다. 이틀 밤을 보내고 나니 떠나기가 정말 아쉬웠습니다. 이 호텔은 반려동물 동반이 가능합니다. 저희가 강아지 간식과 요구르트를 깜빡했는데, 프런트 직원분께서 자신의 강아지 간식과 요구르트를 나눠주셨습니다. 이 기회를 빌어 따뜻한 서비스를 베풀어주신 프런트 직원과 주인분들께 감사드립니다. 광저우에서 텅충까지 2000km를 운전하는 동안 이처럼 따뜻한 서비스를 경험하게 되어 정말 행운이었고, 다시 한번 진심으로 감사드립니다.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐滿分推薦！騰沖玉都温泉酒店體驗超出預期！ 必須重點表揚幾位工作人員：工號045小馬哥，剛下車就主動上前幫忙拿行李，得知我腳崴了之後，第一時間拿來冰敷袋，還貼心把行李一路送到房間，真的特別暖心！前台022、015的兩位小姐姐辦理入住高效又耐心，全程流程順暢，有問必答。 房間實物和圖片完全一致，裝修質感高級，看出來設計師很用心在做，老闆審美也很高🐮🍺。空間寬敞，衞浴是雙台盆設計，乾淨整潔，採光視野很好。酒店自帶温泉泡湯、無邊泳池，一樓還有無數的不同種類蝴蝶標本，各種昆蟲植物，逼格拉滿。 位置離主城區很近，離和順古鎮也很近，打個車去哪都方便。 離店的時候還贈送了騰沖特色冰箱貼作為伴手禮，小小的禮物很有心意。整體服務細緻周到，硬件新，體驗感拉滿，來騰沖入住首選這家，下次來還會選擇玉都温泉酒店！騰沖的體驗因你們變得更好～^_^
