소피텔 런던 개트윅 후기

개트윅 공항 북쪽 터미널 이용시 매우 편리합니다 트림으로 북쪽 터미널 도착시 바로 옆에 위치하고 있습니다. 시설, 서비스 다 높은 수준으로 제공하고 있습니다. 조식은 메뉴는 다양하지 않아도 개인별 음료 주문을 받고 있습니다. 공항일정으로 인해 개트윅 공항에서 숙박할 경우, 매우 만족할 호텔입니다

위생 상태가 너무너무 안좋습니다.. 첫 번째 방을 열었을때 시트가 교체되지 않은 것으로 의심되는 것을 발견하고 이불 전체를 들어올려 그림 2의 배설물 흔적을 발견하고 바로 프런트로 갔습니다. 방을 바꾸려고 했는데 결과는 교체된 방이 여전히 너무 더러웠고 시트가 깔려 있었습니다. 피가 응고되었고 베개도 더러워서 hksp에 전화해서 교체해 달라고 했습니다. 결과적으로 여전히 알 수 없는 액체가 방에 남아 있었습니다. 교체된 이불. 간단히 말해서 깨끗한 친구를 좋아하는 한 여기에 머물지 마십시오! ! !

장거리 비행 후 1박 예약했습니다. 저녁 리셉션 직원은 훌륭했고, 방을 정리하고 필요한 모든 정보와 함께 신속하게 예약을 해주었습니다. 다음날 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 유일한 불만은 대기 직원이 테이블에서 사용한 접시를 옮기는 데 시간이 오래 걸린다는 것입니다. 그 외에는 훌륭합니다.

The place was fine. Honestly I expected a bit more amenities for the price that I paid. No slippers and they were saying that I didn’t have a reservation or that they could not find my reservation after I didn’t even show up at the checkin time. I showed up at least two hours after I was allowed to check in and they still didn’t have my reservation which was annoying because I just really wanted to get it my room and lay down.

A very easy experience staying at Sofitel Gatwick. A good service as soon as I arrived, perfect location and good price as well. Exactly what I needed with the access to Gatwick

This is a comfortable hotel that is connected to the north terminal. It is not the usual luxurious five stars but is adequate for a couple of nights.

Hotel right at the Gatwick airport, which is very convenient for early flights. Literally 3 min walk to departures. The staff was very friendly and made very good suggestions like the possibility to check in the luggage the night before flying. This way you do not have to rush that much early in the morning. The restaurants were quite decent food-wise and the room was very spacious. I would definitely recommend it to anyone on a business trip and looking for a hotel near Gatwick airport.

Very comfortable and helpful staff. Literally 2 minutes walk to North Terminal. Would definitely stay again. Thank you 😁

No hairdryer, otherwise fine. Decent fish n chips in the restaurant.

Flight was delayed and we couldn’t get to the next connecting flight in time. And so we booked a night stay. Love the quiet floor and room was very cozy after 23hrs travelling. Love the Vietnamese Restaurant, had a lovely delicious meal before resting.

Nice room and bath. It took awhile to check in.. it was crowded and was hard to understand the receptions. It worth mentioning that the long line was because of a delayed flight but organizing this issue to separate people from that flight and people like me who made a normal reservation was not in the best way.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, even for vegans.

Amazing reception staff - shout out to to Chris J and Forough. Good friendly staff in Vanda restaurant too.
