Within walking distance is Georgetown Lake, very rustic and relaxing with beautiful tall trees. The lake has water fountain , gazebo, playground, and trails that allow you to walk around the lake. This condo is on the ground floor of a two story condo with keyless entry. Other things to note:There is one assigned parking spot, but there are visitor spots as well.
