We had a 55 pound lab/vizsla mix, and here is what we did with her before she passed - for a smoother transition between upstairs and downstairs, consider using the sliding door from the downstairs master bedroom. While none of the unit owners live in the building full-time, don't be surprised if you see the other owners around, because all of us also use our homes when we’re visiting Provincetown. Every unit owner rents to guests like yourself! Feel free to greet whoever you see if you’d like — it's all part of the friendly Provincetown vibe.Please note that the front garden decks and patios along the left side of the building belong to other units, so they're not part of your rental. Take a break and unwind in this peaceful one bedroom unit right on the water in the quiet East end gallery district part of Provincetown. The unit is located on Commercial St’s bay side with blissful views of sunrises and magic hour. Featuring an open space with reclaimed wood and glass sliding doors that lead you right to a patio & garden with a beach deck and a private beach access! This is the perfect place for your P’town on the water getaway! The unit is located on the 1st floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The main space features a big open space dining room, kitchen, and living room with a pull out full sofa bed, a library of old books and a smart TV. There is a separate small bedroom with a full bed where you can fall asleep to the lapping waves if you open the window, and also a full bathroom. There is a small desk with a chair, more like a cute old fashioned writing desk. In the summer, turn on the fan, open the sliders and enjoy the sea breeze! In the off season, the thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the water during magic hour while reading a book! There is a comfortable full sleeper in the living room which offers a second sleeping space for additional guests. The windows have curtains and linens will be provided upon request. There’s nothing like waking up to the sounds of the lapping waves and bay views!Note that we keep the storage room locked at all times (the door to the left of the kitchen).The beach deck is communal and is for everybody to enjoy... but you'll most often be the only one using it.
