We reserve the right to keep the deposit dependent on the condition of our home.-ADDITIONAL CLEANING FOR LONGER TERM STAYS (30 days +) will be done every two weeks for the duration of your stay, for an additional charge of $150 per cleaning.-STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE. If cigar/cigarette butts of any kind found on the property or evidence of smoking (ash, empty cigarette packs, etc), a $450 cleaning fee will be added in addition to the regular cleaning fee.-ADDITIONAL PERSON FEE: $65/day per person | $350/week per person. If you neglect to inform us ahead of time, we reserve the right to TERMINATE your stay early or DOUBLE the person fee retroactively for the entirety of your reservation.-PET FEE: $40/day per pet | $200/week per pet.
