The cozy bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a spacious closet for your belongings. The custom-built kitchen features sleek quartz countertops and comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table for two is available, with extra chairs provided for additional seating if needed.The bathroom is a generous size, with quartz counters, plenty of storage, and a tub/shower combo. In the living room, you’ll find a comfy sofa and a large 60” smart TV with WiFi, Netflix, live sports, live news, and a variety of streaming services included. For added convenience, there’s also an in-unit washer and dryer.Privacy and AccessThis is one of two units in the home, but you’ll have your own private, ground-level side entrance; completely separate and secure.Location HighlightsJust a few minutes’ drive to Mic Mac Mall and only 7 minutes to Dartmouth Crossing, the location is perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. Baseboard electric heating is also available.A Note on NoiseThere is a dog living upstairs, so you may occasionally hear some playing or barking.
