Втрой раз в отеле, в этот раз номер бы просто плохой, изношенный. Не хватало части аксессуаров, (не было ковра, в душе сломанные дозаторы для шампуня и геля для душа). Еще и с дверью в соседний номер где жили шумные соседи.

It was great but for such a nice property the fact they charge you a cleaning fee - no affordable parking - pool closes at 7! - and you have to share ice machine and microwave with 4 floors.

The hotel mattress was pretty rough to be honest with you and some of the items in the room were outdated but even past those two things it was a great stay great location overall, the hotel was good and clean was very nice. The valet was absolutely wonderful. We came and went multiple times a day and they were so kind and so friendly. Truly enjoyed staying there.

Honestly was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Check in and check out was easy. Customer service were great. The room was clean and they were accommodating with cleaning if needed. Had a great time and definitely recommend to anyone doubting about staying there. Would most definitely return at anytime given.

BEAUTIFUL! The room was clean, beautiful, the location was excellent. I loved the keyless/cardless entry made even better with the app. The restaurant food was great, but a little pricey. Try to go for Happy Hour for a deal. The friendliness/engagement of the staff was mixed. Some didn't seem to want to be bothered and a few were above and beyond hospitable. The bartender, Francisco, was SUPERB, A , chef's kiss! Overall, very happy about this stay. There were a few things that could have been better, but what really didn't allow me to give it a full 5 stars was the parking. The listing says, "Parking Available" and "Onsite parking includes off-street options". While this is factually true, it's not really a feasible option. The parking options are: !. Another garage, that you would not only have to park and walk to every time you wanted your car, they charge you for every in/out. 2. TRY to find street parking (it's downtown Hollywood, that's not realistic and probably metered if do manage to find a spot), which again you'd have to walk to your car. 3. Valet park at THIRTY dollars a day (although they allowed in/out). So while I SPECIFICALLY looked for a property with parking to avoid these kinds of issues, I was faced with them anyway and felt blindsided and somewhat held hostage.

The statement of 30$/day valet parking and no recommended options for more budget-friendly parking is upsetting. There is literally a street in the same block with free street/non-reserved parking... Also, a lot of public parking space in the neighbouring businesses like Publix grocery store that could be utilized through partnership programs

The location was great with Publix located directly in the building. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hollywood beach is a 10 minute drive. Rooms were clean but there is no daily cleaning service. It's costs 20$ a day if you want your room cleaned. If you need towels and toiletries, provided on demand with no problem. Valet parking convenient but $$$$ ($30/day). Staff was awesome, very polite and helpful. Hotel pool was disappointing. It was very dirty, pool chairs stained and or damaged and overall not well maintained. I would recommend the hotel for it's room cleanliness and convenience (grocery store, beach and restaurants).

The property itself is nice and well taken care of but the unit we stayed could use some maintance. It looked a bit run down and the floors were pretty dirty. Crumbs and dirt. Not sure if they cleaned the floors or not before our stay but they were pretty filthy. Not what I would have expected from a 4 star place. The area surrounding it is very noisy and busy. Probably not ideal for young families.

Stay here was amazing. The staff were very nice and helpful, room was clean, and the rooftop pool was really nice and clean.
