From the first contact with management to the room the experience is exceptional 👌 Very friendly and clean. Spacious and a covered area for your vehicle. EV friendly. Quiet due to carport on either side. Next door to the Holbrook Hotel which has just undergone $3m makeover. Excellent meals. Would recommend to anyone.

After trying all motels in Holbrook, Skye is far the best. It gets my personal 5K rating....clean, quiet, convenient, comfortable and cool. Very quiet AC and most comfy queen bed. No shared walls because carports are between each room. Even has shower caps, essential bottled water (Holbrook tap water not too good sometimes) and tissues as well as all the usual tea, coffee etc. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Perfect for a restful overnight stay on my regular drives between Melbourne and Sydney.

Pros... Great under cover parking Bed very soft, great pillows. Good hot water in shower Pub next-door for dinner. Cons... Towels so old and thin Bathroom floor very very slippery, Power point near TV not working. Smelt bad especially the Bathroom due to blocked drain. We left the door open for several hours. Very old rooms. No spare blanket if it was required.

Very convenient location and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed. Great for a stop over on way to Ballarat!

This is an older motel, but it is very clean, and recently painted. There is undercover parking for every unit, which are all on the ground floor. Because of the design, the units are very quiet. The showers are excellent with a good rose and plenty of hot water. We found the beds to be excellent, soft and with good electric blankets. In fact, we have stayed here three times, simply because of the beds. There are several good places to eat within walking distance.

Clean and Comfortable place to stop when driving from Sydney to Melb.

The property was well situated, very quiet , a covered car space next to the unit and it was well provided for inside. We will use it on our next trip.
